Abstract

Kesadaran Merek, Citra merek dan kepercayaan merek merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Citra merek yang baik akan memberikan dampak positif bagi perusahaan yang pada akhirnya akan memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan melalui peningkatan pembelian konsumen karena adanya kepercayaan merek dari konsumen terhadap produk tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh Brand Awareness, Brand image dan Brand Trust terhadap keputusan pembelian sandal Havainas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kausal dan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel populasi sebanyak 75 responden, dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand Awareness, brand image dan brand trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of sales volume, cost of goods sold, and operational costson the company's net profit CV Ternak Sari Merta Jaya. This study uses a quantitative approach using asaturated sample technique taken from the company's financial statements of income for 60 months, startingfrom 2018 to 2022. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help ofthe SPSS 25.0 program. The results of this study indicate that, the first sales volume has a positive effect onnet income with a value of t (t count) is 2,121 t table, namely 2,003 Both seller's cost of goods have anegative effect on net income with a value of t (t count) is -2,581 > t table namely 2,003 And the threeoperational costs have a negative effect on net profit with a value: t (t count) is -2,526 t table namely 2,003For this reason CV Ternak Sari Merta Jaya Company and similar trading companies must pay attention tosales volume, cost of goods sold , and operational costs in order to get a balanced profit and increase everyyear.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of the sudang lepet production business from the financial aspects analyzed, namely Payback Period (PP), Net Percent Value (NPV) and non-financial aspects, namely management aspects, marketing aspects, and production aspects.This research is a qualitative-quantitative descriptive research. The subject of this research is shrimp shrimp production entrepreneur in Sangsit Village and the object of this research is the feasibility of shrimp shrimp production business. The population of this research was eight entrepreneurs and theselection of research informants was carried out using a purposive sampling method and five entrepreneurs were obtained as research informants. Methods of data collection is done by nterviewing and documentation techniques.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Viewed from the financial aspect, the five sudang lepet production businesses are very feasible to run. (2) In terms of management aspects, it is stated that the five slow production businesses are very feasible to run. (3) Viewed from the marketing aspect, the five sudang lepet production businesses are very feasible to run. (4) Viewed from the production aspect, the five sudang lepet production businesses are very feasible to run

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of incentive provision, motivation, and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT Telkom Akses Witel Singaraja. This research uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study is in the form of questionnaires, where 52 employees were selected as respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, it is explained that the incentive variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction variable, the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction variable, and the work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction variable.

Abstract

The research examines the influence of Enterpreneuship orientation and financial perfrmance on sustainable businesses in micro, small and medium enterprises that are challenges in influencing the economy. This qualitative research study utilized a systematic literature review on scientific journals from 2015-2023, focusing on entrepreneurial orientation, financial performance, and sustainable business, and analyzed through data reduction, presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study show that the Entrepreneurship orientation has an influence on the financial performance of new product development. This, to improve tha performance of new product development, current and future customer needs should be seen as a guideline for new product development efforts. Where, the Entrepreneurship orientation that affects the influence on the performance of micro small and medium enterprises is only an autonomous dimension. While other dimensions of enterpreneurship orientation such as innovation, proactive and risk odo not have a significant effect on the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises. Therefore, it is recommended to provide autonomy to employees to be able to motivate them by giving freedom to act in an entrepreneurship manner so that they can improve the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises.
