<![CDATA[Indonesian student’s numeracy skills remain relatively low based on the PISA 2022 results and the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) Education Report 2025, indicating the need for contextual numeracy instruments supported by digital technology. This study aimed to develop web-based AKM numeracy items integrated with the socio-cultural context of Karawang that are valid, reliable, and practical for junior high school students. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The developed product was a website containing information about Karawang's socio-cultural heritage and 14 AKM numeracy items covering number and algebra domains. Validation was conducted by three item experts, three content experts, and three media experts. Field testing involved 36 eighth-grade students from two junior high schools in Karawang. The results showed that all items achieved a very valid category theoretically. The website obtained validity percentages of 91.67% from content experts and 94.04% from media experts, both categorized as very valid. Empirical testing indicated that all 14 items were valid with a reliability coefficient of 0.709. Furthermore, the website achieved a practicality score of 80.1%, categorized as practical. Therefore, the developed web-based AKM numeracy items integrated with the socio-cultural context of Karawang are considered valid, reliable, and practical for use as a numeracy practice tool for junior high school students.]]>
