<![CDATA[This study discusses the management of moral development of students at the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School in Lalonggotom Village, Pondidaha District. To find out how the management of moral development of students, To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of moral development management of students and To see how the impact of management used by the boarding school administrators in moral development. This study uses a qualitative research type with field research methods, namely the collection of data and information obtained directly from respondents by observing directly in the field which is the object of research. Data were collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that moral development at the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School has fulfilled the management functions. moral development is carried out by implementing planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. However, there are several factors that ake the development less than optimal, such as the lack of creativity of ustadz and ustadzah in the learning process and the negative influence of students who do not reside at the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School. The Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School applies the exemplary method, the habituation method and the advice method in the development of students so that the process of developing students' morals runs well. The development of students' morals has a positive influence on the development of students' morals at the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School. This can be seen from the cultural changes carried out by students while in the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School environment, such as mutual respect for fellow students and respect for ustadz and ustadzah.
