Abstract

Learning outcomes are changes in attitudes, abilities, or competencies that are actualized by learners after completing the entire learning agenda. Thus, this study aims to explore various steps that can be taken to improve learning outcomes in the field of mathematics. This study applies a systematic literature review method using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses) protocol. The main results of the data analysis show that efforts to improve student learning outcomes can be achieved through a reorientation of learning methodologies that place students at the center of all educational activities (student-centered). The use of innovative models (PBL, STAD, Quantum Teaching, and collaborative) has been proven to increase the achievement of learning outcomes between 15% and 27% in each cycle. This success is supported by the integration of digital media (Learning Videos and Quizizz) as interactive gamification tools, as well as the implementation of differentiated learning strategies and the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach that can appreciate the diverse potentials of students to achieve the Minimum Competency Criteria (KKM).
