Abstract

This research is motivated by the ethical challenges of new teachers in the digital space, which require more adaptive moral oversight to technological transformation. The aim is to analyze the role of professional associations in maintaining the dignity of early childhood education (PAUD) teachers. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach using a literature study through analysis of scientific documents and policies. The results indicate that teachers understand the code of ethics, but the lack of digital ethics training hinders online implementation. HIMPAUDI and IGTKI have provided guidance, but digital ethics evaluation is not yet optimal. Digitalization of the evaluation system and collaboration between associations, schools, and the community are needed. Teacher ethics, PAUD, professional associations, digitalization, moral evaluation.
