Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui apakah motivasi kerja serta pemberian insentif berpengaruh kepada kinerja karyawan dengan Motivasi Kerja sebagai variabel perantara Pada PT. Global Office Makara Engineering Site Sungai Lilin. Sampel Penelitian menggunakan rumus Slovin. Kuesioner penelitian diberikan kepada karyawan Global Makara Engineering Office Sungai Lilin. Data penelitian diestimasi dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan statistika inferensial dengan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) berdasarkan Varian Base Structural Equation Modeling dan media estimasi data menggunakan Aplikasi SmartPLS Statistics Versi 3.2.9. Hipotesis Alternatif yang pertama, variabel Insentif karyawan secara signifikan mempengaruhi Motivasi karyawan. Hipotesis Alternatif yang kedua, variabel motivasi karyawan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hipotesis Alternatif yang ketiga, variabel Pemberian Insentif berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengujian pengaruh tidak langsung Pemberian Insentif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Dari hasil estimasi data menunjukkan bahwa Pemberian Insentif secara tidak langsung melalui Motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keryawan, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Pemberian Insentif relitif mampu meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan melalui Motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi.   Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Pemberian Insentif, Kinerja Karyawan.     ABSTRACT   This research was conducted to determine whether work motivation and incentives affect employee performance with work motivation as an intermediary variable at PT. Global Office Makara Engineering Site Sungai Lilin. The research sample uses the Slovin formula. The research questionnaire was given to employees of the Global Makara Engineering Office Sungai Lilin. The research data were estimated and analyzed using an inferential statistical approach using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method based on Variant Base Structural Equation Modeling and data estimation media using the SmartPLS Statistics Application Version 3.2.9. The first alternative hypothesis, employee incentives significantly affect employee motivation. The second alternative hypothesis, employee motivation variables significantly influence employee performance. The third alternative hypothesis is that the Incentives variable has a significant effect on employee performance. Testing the indirect effect of giving incentives has a significant effect on employee performance through motivation as a mediating variable. From the results of data estimation, it shows that giving incentives indirectly through motivation as a mediating variable has a significant effect on employee performance. This shows that giving incentives is relatively able to increase employee performance through motivation as a mediating variable.   Keywords: Work Motivation, Providing Incentives, Employee Performance.

Abstract

The success and failure of an education depends on the components or factors that build it. Among these components is the concept of education in which there is a process of teaching methods. An education without a clear concept will have an impact on the unclear purpose or direction and purpose of education itself. This must be considered considering that education is an activity that has a certain purpose directed at developing the individual fully. So this research aims to find out and reveal the application of the sorogan method in increasing santri learning interest, at Madrasah Diniyah Haji Ya'qubLirboyo Kediri City, East Java. From the description above, the research problem can be formulated as follows: How is the implementation of the Sorogan Method at the Haji Ya'qub Islamic Boarding School, Lirboyo, How is the Santri Learning Interest at the Haji Ya'qub Islamic Boarding School, Lirboyo, how is the influence between the Sorogan Method and the Santri Learning Interest at the Haji Ya'qub Islamic Boarding School, Lirboyo. This research is a quantitative research, correlation. The discussion is theoretical and empiric accompanied by providing analysis in accordance with providing existing analysis. With a sample size of 30 students and implementation in Madrasah Diniyah Haji Ya'qub, Pondok Pesantren Haji Ya'qub Lirboyo Kediri City, data collection using observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique uses the Kendall Tau formula using computer assistance Microsoft Exels and SPSS programs. The results of the study, namely: The implementation of the sorogan method is good by looking at the average of 60.633, the students' interest in learning is also good, by looking at the average of 64.267, There is a significant relationship between the implementation of the sorogan method and the students' interest in learning, that is, the better the implementation of the sorogan, the better the students' interest in learning in Madrasah Diniyah Haji Ya'qub. This can be seen from the correlation number of 0.638, this shows a significant relationship.

Abstract

UKK KSR PMI IAIN Pekalongan Unit is a Special Activity Unit at IAIN Pekalongan tertiary institutions which is based on PMI Pekalongan City. Education and training for KSR members in addition to producing members who are qualified in the field of red cross and other supporting knowledge.  An organization requires regeneration, restructuring and also the dissemination of knowledge or skills possessed by the previous generation to the generations below. To produce competent members, one of the supporting work programs is education of volunteers.  In the education of volunteers, there are three types of training, namely planning learning devices, introduction of facilitators and fieldwork. Each of the three trainings has its own division. The method used is the ABCD method. ABCD method or Asset Based Communities Development (ABCD) is a model approach in community development. The results obtained are that the education of volunteers can increase the knowledge of the volunteers, improve the skills of members and build camaraderie and build chemistry between division members. Abstract

Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa upaya formalisasi pendidikan pesantren yang dilaksanakan pada beberapa pesantren di Kota Pekalongan dengan orientasi "setengah hati", tidak diikuti pendirian lembaga pendidikan formal, justru berdampak negatif terhadap perkembangan pesantren. Sebaliknya, jika diikuti dengan pendirian lembaga pendidikan formal seperti MTs dan MA maka berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan pesantren secara kondusif. Formalisasi pesantren juga berdampak terhadap pergeseran pola kepemimpinan pesantren, dari kepemimpinan individu ke kepemimpinan kolektif yayasan; dari sistem pendidikan tradisional ke sistem pendidikan persekolahan; dari kurikulum kitab kuning oriented ke kurikulum integrative; dan dari metode tradisional salafi yang kyai oriented (weton, sorogan, hapalan, ceramah) ke metode student oriented (diskusi, resitasi, problem solving, kerja kelompok) dan lain-lain. Yang menarik, ketika pesantren-pesantren yang diteliti memformalisasikan pendidikannya, kurikulum pesantren salaf yang berbasis kitab kuning tetap dipertahankan, sedangkan ilmu umum hanya dijadikan pendukung ilmu agama yang ada di kurikulum salaf. Ilmu umum dipandang sebagai kebutuhan/tantangan modernisasi pendidikan.

Abstract

UKK KSR PMI Unit IAIN Pekalongan has implemented one of the work programs of the Infokom (Information and Communication) Division, namely Webinar Management Training with participants representing members of each division of UKK KSR PMI Unit IAIN Pekalongan. Webinar Management Training is conducted to provide training to administrators so that they can and know what webinar management is and how to do it. In this event, there were two learning discussions presented by Adhi Bagus Wijarnako and Muhammad Fauzan. The first theory was explained by Adhi Bagus Wijarnako who explained how to make certificates and additional applications used to reproduce the certificate such as the PDF Split Merge application. Before the activity started, participants were given application links and what files were needed in making the certificate. Furthermore the second theory was presented by Muhammad Fauzan regarding the management of the Zoom Meeting application. The provision of facilities in the form of an access link for the operation of making certificates has been prepared before the event begins. Then it was continued with a discussion on making certificates and procedures for managing the Zoom Meeting application. The purpose of holding this event is so that the management and members of UKK KSR PMI Unit IAIN Pekalongan can know and operate the Zoom Meeting application management and procedures for making certificates. The method used is a direct method and a description of each presentation. With this Webinar Management Training activity, it is hoped that the management and members of UKK KSR PMI Unit IAIN Pekalongan can find out new understandings as technology develops and can be applied in various other activities.

Abstract

Melalui pengabdian ini, kami akan mengeksplorasi potensi dan manfaat penggunaan Duolingo dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris pariwisata berkelanjutan. Penulis telah menganalisis efektivitas aplikasi dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbahasa Inggris peserta didik dan bagaimana aplikasi ini dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam kurikulum pendidikan pariwisata serta dapat dipraktikan secara langsung ketika sudah memasuki dunia kerja. Hasil dari pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru dan rekomendasi praktis belajar bagi pendidik dan institusi pendidikan dalam mengoptimalkan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris pariwisata melalui teknologi digital. Metode yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan sosialisasi yang mana diberikan stimulus untuk saling berbagi informasi dan memberikan solusi untuk kendala yang saat ini dihadapi serta memberikan ulasan (umpan balik) untuk mengetahui hasil dari pemberian sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Dengan adanya pelaksanaan pengabdian, masyarat setempat dan anak usia sekolah mendapatkan perbedaan dalam pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi dan tidak menggunakan aplikasi. Ketika belum mengenal aplikasi duolingo, siswa merasakan kendala dalam kecakapan bahasa inggris terutama kosa kata dalam istilah pariwisata dan dengan beriringnya waktu aplikasi sudah diperkenalkan maka berasa lebih efisien, tidak terlalu menghabiskan banyak waktu, biaya yang dikeluarkan juga cukup murah selain itu dengan aplikasi duolingo bisa diakses dimanapun berada tidak harus di dalam ruang kelas atau berada di lingkup pendidikan formal maupun informal, di rumah juga bisa menggunakan aplikasi duolingo.

Abstract

Digital technology has revolutionized almost all aspects of life, including the education sector. Technological advances such as computers, the internet, mobile devices and apps have significantly changed the way we learn and teach. This phenomenon is known as the digital revolution in education. This research used a descriptive qualitative method and found that the digital revolution has brought about major changes in education. Digital technology offers various benefits, such as wide access, flexibility and the possibility of global collaboration. However, there are also negative impacts to watch out for, such as access gaps and social and psychological effects. We must use digital technology wisely and responsibly to create quality and inclusive education. Technological advances bring opportunities and challenges that must be faced in the education process. Hopefully, these advancements can improve the quality of education in Indonesia, while the challenges that arise in the digitalization era can be overcome with positive solutions that solve existing problems.

Abstract

The implementation of village policies to improve student morals through religious programs is a vital topic in the effort to improve student morals and ethics. This research discusses the strategies and effects of village policies on student morals through religious programs. Qualitative methods were applied with case studies in villages that actively run diniyah programs. The findings show that village policies have been successful in raising awareness of religious values and student morality. The role of religious leaders, local communities, and local government support are key factors in the success of the program. However, challenges such as limited resources and resistance to change still exist. It is recommended to adopt strategic measures such as expanding access to resources and raising public awareness about the importance of religious education. This research emphasizes the importance of the proactive role of village governments in the moral and spiritual development of the younger generation.

Abstract

The research conducted on experiential education in the context of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) offers an in-depth perspective on how Western pragmatic approaches can be integrated in education rooted in Islamic values. Using phenomenological methods, the research successfully illustrates that experience-oriented education not only enriches the teaching and learning process but also facilitates students' intellectual and spiritual growth. Through deductive and inductive approaches, this study reveals that teachers play a key role as facilitators in designing dialogic and interactive learning experiences, which ultimately shape students' character and critical thinking skills. The implementation of experiential education in PAI is expected to create a dynamic learning environment where science and Islamic values are combined, ensuring that education is not only limited to the transfer of knowledge but also the formation of a complete and mature person.

Abstract

This research is aimed at identifying the linguistic level of the Indoglish phenomenon commonly used for communication in the industry 4.0 era, identifying the reasons for speakers when using Indoglish in social media, especially on Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok; and analyzing the impacts of its usage on the speakers. The data source in this study uses various forms of authentic tweets and captions that focus on the emergence of Indoglish in this era which was collected by note-taking and observation techniques. Then the data was analyzed and presented qualitatively using the theories proposed by Weinrich (1963) and Holmes (2013). The results of this research imply the forms of Indoglish linguistic level used for communication in social media, especially on Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok in three different levels, such as word level, phrase level, and clause/sentence level. Most teenagers in the 4.0 era use Indoglish language in their tweets or captions on social media to make them easier when conveying intentions for intimacy, developing closeness, affirm intentions, and expressing resentment. The impact of using this language in their communication would help them to develop their English abilities.
