Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) management in improving the quality of early childhood education. The background of this research is based on the importance of effective management in PAUD institutions to create quality learning processes, conducive learning environments, and optimal child development. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation involving school principals, teachers, and educational staff in PAUD institutions. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of PAUD management was carried out through learning program planning, organizing educators’ duties, implementing learning activities according to children's needs, and conducting regular supervision and evaluation. In addition, the success of improving educational quality was influenced by teacher competence, the availability of facilities and infrastructure, collaboration with parents, and a supportive school environment. Proper management implementation was able to improve the quality of educational services and the cognitive, social, emotional, and motor development of early childhood students. Therefore, well-planned and systematic PAUD management becomes an important factor in improving the quality of early childhood education optimally and sustainably.
