Abstract

The transition to the Society 5.0 era demands a fundamental paradigm shift in entrepreneurship, where technology integration must harmonize with human values to build a sustainable business ecosystem. However, businesses face critical challenges, including digital literacy gaps, fragmented operational infrastructure, and partial technology adoption that limit organizational resilience. This study aims to analyze the strategic role of digital entrepreneurship applications and formulate a comprehensive framework to strengthen the business ecosystem in response to these dynamics. The methodology employs a qualitative descriptive design with a literature review approach, evaluating verified academic publications and industry reports from the last decade (2016–2026). The results indicate that the strategic integration of digital entrepreneurship applications encompassing cloud-based resource optimization, AI-driven market access, and real-time operational control significantly elevates business adaptability and sustainable competitive advantage. Furthermore, balancing advanced technology with a human-centered approach ensures high operational efficiency while fostering a strong culture of innovation. The study concludes that building a resilient business ecosystem heavily relies on synchronized multi-stakeholder collaboration and continuous capacity building to eliminate the digital divide.
