Abstract

The background of this research is a form of learning media management based on learning style needs at SDIT NurJali Cikarang Pusat.The design of this research is qualitative research with a descriptive method. The research subjects consisted of 15 teachers, teachers, teachers, and principals. The purpose of this study is to analyze the management of learning media starting from planning, implementation, and evaluation to meet learning needs, as well as analyzing supporting factors and inhibiting factors to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of managing learning media during the learning activity process. The research method uses interview, observation, and documentation instruments. Elementary school students have varied learning needs, as well as the learning media presented also varies. The results of the research are the management of learning media at SDIT NurJali, namely utilizing digital media and concrete media, while the management of learning style needs is planning the management of learning media by making a list of learning needs to be submitted to the Foundation. Management of learning style needs in organizing learning media by determining the financing budget in the procurement of learning media. Management of learning style needs. The management of learning style needs in the implementation of learning media management is to evaluate supporting factors by completing learning support facilities and infrastructure and evaluating inhibiting factors by forming a learning community with fellow teachers in discussions related to improving the quality of education.
