<![CDATA[This research examines the leadership strategies in Islamic education for improving the quality of institutional services in the digital era. Digital transformation has brought significant changes across various sectors, including education, demanding adaptation and innovation from leaders of Islamic educational institutions. The digital era offers great opportunities to enhance the accessibility, efficiency, and quality of learning, but it also presents new challenges. This study aims to identify how Islamic education leaders implement effective strategies to leverage digital technology for the improvement of service quality. This includes aspects of learning, administration, human resource development, and the strengthening of Islamic values. The research employed a qualitative approach using a discription to analyze various concepts and practices of Islamic education leadership amidst digital disruption. The analysis results indicate that successful leadership strategies involve a clear vision for technology integration, digital capacity building for educators and staff, the implementation of digital-based management systems, and innovation in learning methods relevant to 21st-century needs without overlooking Islamic identity. The impact of these strategies includes increased operational effectiveness and efficiency, more interactive and personalized learning quality, and enhanced institutional relevance and competitiveness in the eyes of the community.]]>
