<![CDATA[Strategic planning is an important aspect of the management of Early Childhood Education (ECE) institutions to achieve educational goals effectively and sustainably. Through strategic planning, institutions can determine their development direction, optimize available resources, and improve the quality of educational services. This study aims to examine various concepts, models, and implementations of strategic planning in the management of ECE institutions through a literature review approach. The research method employed in this study is a literature review by examining various scientific sources, including journals, books, research articles, and relevant documents discussing strategic planning in ECE management. The collected data were analyzed descriptively to identify the roles, benefits, and factors influencing the success of strategic planning. The findings indicate that strategic planning plays a significant role in assisting ECE institutions in formulating their vision, mission, objectives, and work programs systematically. Furthermore, strategic planning enhances management effectiveness, improves the quality of educational services, promotes efficient use of resources, and strengthens the institution’s ability to respond to environmental changes. The successful implementation of strategic planning is influenced by effective leadership, active participation of stakeholders, and continuous evaluation. Therefore, strategic planning serves as an essential instrument in supporting the development and sustainable quality improvement of ECE institutions.]]>
