This study was motivated by the low level of self-confidence among junior high school students, as indicated by a lack of courage to express opinions, low confidence in public speaking, feelings of inferiority, and difficulties in facing various challenges. The purpose of this study was to develop a resilience module that is valid, practical, and effective in improving students’ self-confidence. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation stage involved 55 students of SMPN 1 Cipeundeuy. Data were collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. Product feasibility was assessed through expert validation, while effectiveness was tested using the Paired Sample t-Test. The results showed that the developed resilience module was categorized as highly feasible. The validation results from the material expert, media expert, and guidance and counseling practitioner were 92%, 90%, and 95%, respectively, with an average feasibility score of 92.33%. The practicality test obtained a score of 95%, indicating that the module was highly practical to use. The effectiveness test revealed an increase in the mean self-confidence score from 86.40 in the pretest to 95.55 in the posttest. Furthermore, the Paired Sample t-Test showed a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant improvement in students’ self-confidence after using the resilience module. Therefore, the developed resilience module was found to be valid, practical, and effective in improving junior high school students’ self-confidence.
