Abstract

The character of responsibility is a crucial aspect of students' personality development. Responsibility is not only evident in the ability to perform tasks, but also in awareness, commitment, and consistency in daily life. To cultivate this character, effective strategies from teachers are essential, particularly through Islamic spiritual activities (rohis) which serve as a means of fostering religious values. This research aims to identify the strategies employed by Islamic Religious Education and Character teachers in shaping students' responsible character through rohis activities. The research method utilized is qualitative, with data collected through observation and interviews. The findings indicate that teachers' strategies involve assigning roles and tasks, encouraging student engagement and participation, and reinforcing responsibility in daily life through Islamic studies. These results demonstrate that rohis activities are effective in developing and enhancing students' responsible character, both within the activities themselves and in their daily lives.
