<![CDATA[This study was motivated by the limited use of technology-based teaching materials in Pancasila Education learning for fifth-grade elementary school students. Teachers primarily relied on teacher's books, student textbooks, and student worksheets (LKS), resulting in learning activities that were less interactive and often caused students to lose interest. In fact, students require engaging, interactive, easy-to-understand teaching materials that can be accessed through digital devices. Therefore, a Google Sites-based E-Module was developed for the topic The Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia in the Pancasila Education subject to support a more effective, engaging, and technology-oriented learning process in accordance with the Independent Curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka). This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects included expert validators, teachers, and fifth-grade students from three elementary schools: SDN 02 Pariangan, SDN 01 Simabur, and SDN 03 Tabek, involving a total of 59 students. The research instruments consisted of validation sheets, teacher response questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and pre-test and post-test questions to measure the effectiveness of the developed product. The results showed that the Google Sites-based E-Module achieved a very high level of validity, with an average percentage of 98.6%. The practicality level of the E-Module was 95% at SDN 02 Pariangan, 90.8% at SDN 01 Simabur, and 96.8% at SDN 03 Tabek, all of which were categorized as highly practical. Furthermore, the effectiveness test yielded N-Gain scores of 0.892 at SDN 02 Pariangan, 0.875 at SDN 01 Simabur, and 0.860 at SDN 03 Tabek, all classified as highly effective. Therefore, the Google Sites-based E-Module was found to be valid, practical, and effective, making it suitable for use in Pancasila Education learning for fifth-grade elementary school students.]]>
