Advances in control systems and digital media have opened opportunities for applying electronic devices to support the performance of worship, particularly for prayer leaders (imams) who recite long passages of the Qur'an. The use of a printed mushaf during prayer often requires additional hand movements to turn pages, which can disturb the imam's focus and solemnity. This study aims to design and build a digital Qur'an (mushaf) system equipped with a wireless remote-based and voice-recognition-based page control to help imams manage their recitation more ergonomically. The system was developed using the Agile method, covering the stages of requirement, design, development, testing, deployment, and review. The application was built and runs on an Android TV, integrated with a Bluetooth-based wireless remote and a voice-recognition module as control inputs. Testing was conducted to evaluate the system's responsiveness, the accuracy of page transitions, and system stability under simulated prayer scenarios. Black-box testing on twenty functional scenarios showed that all tested features, including page navigation, dashboard display, and voice-based control, functioned as expected. These results indicate that the digital mushaf system is able to perform page navigation responsively with minimal physical interaction, making it easier for imams to use. The system is expected to improve the comfort, efficiency, and solemnity of imams leading congregational prayer, while also serving as a reference for the development of digital interface technology for religious applications.
