Abstract

Kemahasiswaan merupakan wadah bagi mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan minat dan bakat mahasiswa baik sesuai dengan bidang keilmuannya atau lintas bidang. Sehingga kemahasiswaan memiliki fokus membahas informasi mengenai program-program yang akan di perguruan tinggi. Masalah yang timbul di Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto adalah pengetahuan yang dimiliki mahasiswa belum terdokumentasi dengan baik sehingga proses berbagi pengetahuan menjadi tidak efektif. Sistem manajemen pengetahuan merupakan salah satu cara untuk menumbuhkan budaya saling berbagi knowledge (sharing knowledge) antar individu maupun organisasi. Salah satu cara pengembangan manajemen pengetahuan adalah dengan membuat aplikasi dengan berbasis web yang nantinya berfungsi untuk mengumpulkan, menyimpan dan membagian pengetahuan yang ada. sistem yang akan dibangun menggunakan metode Knowledge Management System Life Cycle. Dalam perancangannya sistem yang akan dibangun berbasis website dengan menggunaan framework laravel dengan bahasa PHP dan MySQL sebagai database server. Sistem ini memiliki klasifikasi KMS yang berjalan dengan baik yaitu knowledge capture, knowledge sharing, serta knowledge discovery.

Abstract

Information system is a series of information systems that are overall and organized and rationally capable of transforming data into information. Competency Test Place (TUK) is a unit implementing competency standard testing, competency certification in a professional field and has responsibility for the implementation, guidance and development of competency standards and competency certification. Based on the results of interviews with the TUK unit manager, there are several obstacles in their services, namely, the certification registration process which has not been effective in serving prospective competency test participants, then certification information related to certification is still difficult for students to obtain directly. Based on these problems, it is necessary to have a Competency Certification information system that has a function as a medium for sharing information as well as a media for registration of certification. This study aims to build a Certification Information System and measure the level of conformity. The method that will be used in this research is RAD (Rapid Application Development). RAD was chosen because this model emphasizes the short development cycle of software development. UAT Operational Acceptance Testing was chosen because the level of acceptance of a system by users can be a benchmark for assessing the acceptance of an information technology by users and requires users to use the system or software that has been created. The test results using Operational Acceptance Testing type UAT on the system have obtained valid results which are accepted by 24 respondents who have tried the competency certification information system.

Abstract

Indonesian people have made vacation activities a primary need so that vacations are not just travelling. Now people are starting to travel longer, farther, and more often. When making tourist visits, domestic tourists are faced with many choices of destinations in the city. Cilacap City is one of the cities with many tourist attractions, in this city requires the selection of tourist objects according to the interests and interests of each tourist. So, it takes a recommendation system for the user to achieve the goal. The user can choose the desired tourist destination more effectively. The application of tourist recommendations in Cilacap City aims to overcome the problems that occur to tourists. This application uses a Decision Support System using the TOPSIS method with the development of the Agile methodology. The result implementingon of the topstopicshod in Cilacap City are the recommendation for Mount Srandil tourism by 78%, Momongan Island by 77%, Soesilo Soedarman Museum by 74%, Karang Bolong Fort by 71% and Widarapayung Beach by 63%. So, the recommended result is Srandil Mountain tourism. This application also tests the function software's functionality Blackbox method with 100% results, where users, namely tourists, can understand the application's functionality.

Abstract

Augmented Reality is a technology that involves graphics on a computer in the real world, which in the virtual world of three dimensions is brought to the real-world environment in real-time. The application of Augmented Reality technology is currently growing rapidly, including in the field of promotional media. IT Telkom Purwokerto is a private university in Central Java engaged in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). In introducing the campus environment, IT Telkom Purwokerto still uses the manual given to students when PKKMB is also rarely read, and the introduction of buildings uses 3D miniatures by utilising styrofoam where these miniatures are displayed. Based on a survey conducted by researchers to find out the level of difficulty in finding a room at IT Telkom Purwokerto, 70% of respondents obtained that IT Telkom Purwokerto students agreed that they had trouble finding a room for the first time at IT Telkom Purwokerto. This recognition media is made using Augmented Reality with marker-based tracking technology; in the manufacturing process uses Unity and Vuforia a container for storing markers or markers. Development for this software uses the Agile model. Testing is the final stage before the application is presented to the user, using black-box and system usability testing. The test results on this application obtained results for black-box testing of 97.7% and System Usability Scale of 83.6, which can be concluded that users can use the application easily. Based on these results, it can be supposed that it is also included in the Excellent category with a B rating

Abstract

Fuzzy C Means algorithm or FCM is one of many clustering algorithms that has better accuracy to solve problems related to segmentation. Its application is almost in every aspects of life and many disciplines of science. However, this algorithm has some shortcomings, one of them is the large amount of processing time consumption. This research conducted mainly to do an analysis about the effect of segmentation parameters towards processing time in sequential and parallel. The other goal is to reduce the processing time of segmentation process using parallel approach. Parallel processing applied on Nvidia GeForce GT540M GPU using CUDA v8.0 framework. The experiment conducted on natural RGB color image sized 256x256 and 512x512. The settings of segmentation parameter values were done as follows, weight in range (2-3), number of iteration (50-150), number of cluster (2-8), and error tolerance or epsilon (0.1 – 1e-06). The results obtained by this research as follows, parallel processing time is faster 4.5 times than sequential time with similarity level of image segmentations generated both of processing types is 100%. The influence of segmentation parameter values towards processing times in sequential and parallel can be concluded as follows, the greater value of weight parameter then the sequential processing time becomes short, however it has no effects on parallel processing time. For iteration and cluster parameters, the greater their values will make processing time consuming in sequential and parallel become large. Meanwhile the epsilon parameter has no effect or has an unpredictable tendency on both of processing time.

Abstract

Every academic year, SMAN 1 Gegesik accepts new students. Many new students have difficulty choosing a major at SMAN 1 Gegesik. Students are expected to know their interests, talents, and abilities, so they do not choose the wrong major. The problem in selecting majors is the difficulty of determining the specialization of students' majors, which results in a mismatch between the results of determining the majors with the interests, talents, and abilities of students. The solution to this problem is to build a decision support system (DSS) that can provide recommendations for choosing majors. The purpose of these majors is that students can be directed to receive lessons according to their abilities. This research was conducted to build a Decision Support System (DSS) by applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, which provides recommendations for selecting majors at SMAN 1 Gegesik. The AHP method is used for decision-making by considering several criteria in selecting majors, including academic scores, psychological test scores, and interests. The system development method in this research is Rapid Application Development (RAD). This RAD model has a shorter development cycle, is more flexible, increases user engagement, and reduces the likelihood of errors. The system that has been built is tested using the Confusion Matrix method and the Black Box Testing method. Confusion Matrix measures the accuracy of the resulting data classification, while Black Box Testing is used to test system functionality. The Confusion Matrix results obtained an accuracy value of 77%, and it can be judged that the level of system accuracy is in the excellent category. The results of the Black Box Testing stated that the system was smooth and had no errors in its application. This research produces a decision support system that can recommend science or social studies majors for class X students

Abstract

Fotografi merupakan kegiatan mengambil gambar melalui kamera dalam menghasilkan karya seni yang dapat dinikmati diri sendiri maupun orang lain dan sebagai pekerjaan jasa mengabadikan kegiatan dalam bentuk foto. Jasa Fotografi memberikan pelayanan dari pemesanan, penjadwalan, pengelolaan administrasi serta manajemen data foto. Pengolahan data pada UMKM Phi Photograph masih dilakukan secara konvensional dan proses dokumentasi masih kurang baik yang mengharuskan pelanggan datang ke studio untuk memesan jasa sehingga menyebabkan kurang efisiensi waktu bagi pelanggan. Masalah tersebut menyebabkan kendala, kurang efisien waktu dan belum tepat sasaran. Tujuan dari penelitian membangun sistem informasi yang dapat melakukan pengolahan data jasa agar dapat terkomputerisasi dengan baik. Penggunaan Metode RAD dipilih karena perancangan sistem informasi karena membutuhkan langkah dan waktu yang sangat cepat dan singkat. Selanjutnya, pengujian dilakukan dengan dua metode, pertama menggunakan pengujian black box untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan dan pengujian menggunakan SUS untuk mengurangi cacat dari sistem yang telah dibangun. Skor rata-rata yang dihasilkan dari pengujian 80, maka dapat dikategorikan Excellent (B) yang mendapatkan penilaian dapat diterima. Dengan adanya sistem informasi diharapkan dapat memudahkan proses bisnis yang berjalan sesuai tujuan bisnis sehingga admin dan pelanggan dapat melakukan pemesanan paket foto secara langsung maupun online.

Abstract

Dissemination of available product information that is not fast and on target is a problem experienced by CV. Kreasindo Karya Media. CV. Kreasindo Karya Media is a limited liability company that provides products and services to meet the needs of advertising and events in the Purwokerto area. One form of utilizing information technology as a means of disseminating information quickly and on target is e-catalog. This Paper aims to present the development of a website-based e-catalog system at CV. Kreasindo Karya Media to help disseminate product information so that it is fast and on target. The system development method uses rapid application development by involving system users from the beginning to the end and the development time is faster. The stages of system development consist of business modeling, data modeling, process modeling, application development, testing and turnover. Validation of system functions is carried out by using Black Box testing. The results of the functional test of the system show that the features of the system that have been built have met the needs of disseminating product information and running validly.Keywords: Black Box testing; information dissemination; unified modelling language; website AbstrakPenyebaran informasi produk yang kurang cepat dan tepat sasaran menjadi permasalahan yang dialami CV. Kreasindo Karya Media. Salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sebagai sarana penyebaran informasi yang cepat dan tepat sasaran adalah e-katalog. Paper ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan rancang bangun sistem e-katalog berbasis website pada CV. Kreasindo Karya Media untuk membantu penyebaran informasi produk agar cepat dan tepat sasaran. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan rapid application development dengan melibatkan pengguna sistem dari tahap awal hingga akhir dan waktu pengembangan lebih cepat. Tahapan pengembangan sistem terdiri dari pemodelan bisnis, pemodelan data, pemodelan proses, pembuatan aplikasi, pengujian dan turnover. Sistem didesain menggunakan Unified Modelling Language dan dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrogramman PHP dan database MySQL. Validasi fungsi sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan Black Box testing. Hasil uji fungsional sistem menunjukan fitur pada sistem yang telah dibangun telah memenuhi kebutuhan dalam penyebaran informasi produk dan 100% berjalan secara valid.

Abstract

Pneumonia merupakan infeksi paru-paru yang melibatkan alveoli (kantung udara) dan disebabkan oleh mikroba, termasuk bakteri, virus, atau jamur yang dapat menyebabkan peradangan pada area bronkiolus dan alveoli. Pneumonia merupakan penyakit yang berbahaya apabila tidak ditangani dengan tepat. COVID-19 merupakan virus baru yang menyerang paru-paru dan diindikasikan dengan adanya pneumonia. Penting bagi pakar kesehatan untuk memberikan perawatan tepat jika ditemukan pneumonia pada kasus COVID-19. Namun demikian, kendala yag dihadapi dari citra toraks adalah mendeteksi adan-ya indikasi pneumonia dalam mengklasifikasikan toraks berpneumonia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengklasifikasikan objek yang terdeteksi sebagai penumonia dengan menggunakan Faster R-CNN, yakni teknik yang mengkombinasikan algoritme Region Proposal Network (RPN) dan Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Faster R-CNN untuk mendeteksi adanya pneumonia pada pasien COVID-19 dengan menggunakan dua arsitektur CNN yang berbeda yaitu arsitektur VGG16 dan ResNet50. Dari pengujian yang yang diterapkan pada citra toraks berpneumonia, model VGG16 mempunyai mAP (mean Average Precision) tertinggi yaitu sebesar 17,7% sedangkan ResNet mempunyai nilai mAP sebesar 16,2%. Sedangkan, implementasi menggunakan 500 data x-ray paru-paru pneumonia COVID-19, arsitektur VGG16 mempunyai nilai akurasi tertinggi yaitu sebesar 85,8% sedangkan ResNet50 mempunyai nilai akurasi sebesar 84%. Dengan dikembangkannya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu tenaga medis dalam mendeteksi pneumonia secara dini pada pasien yang terkena virus COVID-19 dengan tepat.

Abstract

Anak usia dini adalah individu yang sedang mengalami proses tumbuh kembang yang sangat pesat, rentang anak usia dini antara 0-6 tahun. Dikatakan bahwa anak usia dini berada pada masa lima tahun pertama yang disebut The Golden Age. Pendidikan di Indonesia dimulai dari jenjang usia dini, hal ini diatur dalam Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia nomor 20 tahun 2003 yang mengatur tantang pendidikan dasar. Taman kanak-kanak (TK) adalah kelanjutan dari Pendidikan anak usia dini yang merupakan Pendidikan pra sekolah berfokus pada Pendidikan pengetahuan dan praktik ibadah, salah satu meteri yang diajarkan pada TK adalah pengenalan huruf. Proses pembelajaran pengenalan huruf pada jenjang TK sejatinya masih belum maksimal, hal ini karena beberapa anak masih sulit untuk berkonsentrasi dan pola fikir mereka yang masih dalam tahap bermain. Oleh karena itu akan dibagun sebuah aplikasi pengenalan huruf alfabet menggunakan Augmented Reality. Aplikasi dibuat menggunakan metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). Metode yang didalamnya terdapat sebuah alur atau proses seperti konsep, desain, pengumpulan bahan, perakitan, pengujian, dan distribusi. Aplikasi ini juga akan diuji fungsionalitasnya dengan menggunakan black box testing dan usability dengan menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil pengujian fungsionalitas menunjukan hasil yang baik, dimana semua tombol pada aplikasi berjalan dengan semestinya dan untuk hasil yang di peroleh dari pengujian SUS mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 85,42, dengan nilai tersebut mendapatkan Grade B/Exellent.
