Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, principal leadership, and work motivation on teacher performance in vocational high schools throughout Ciseeng District. The study employed a quantitative approach using a correlational method. The research population consisted of 140 teachers, with a sample of 104 teachers selected through probability sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire that had met validity and reliability requirements. Data analysis included normality, linearity, and homogeneity tests, followed by simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination analyses. The results showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (β = 0.596; t = 10.718; p < 0.05). Principal leadership also had a positive and significant effect (β = 0.294; t = 6.856; p < 0.05), as did work motivation (β = 0.376; t = 6.758; p < 0.05). Simultaneously, organizational culture, principal leadership, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.853, indicating that the three variables explained 85.3% of the variance in teacher performance. Organizational culture was identified as the most dominant predictor of teacher performance. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening organizational culture, enhancing effective principal leadership, and improving teachers' work motivation to achieve better teacher performance.
