<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effects of organizational image, teacher innovation, and school management on education quality, with teacher performance serving as an intervening variable in public junior high schools (SMP Negeri) in Kalideres District, West Jakarta. The study employed a quantitative approach using a causal research design. The research population consisted of 304 teachers from 10 public junior high schools, with a sample of 173 teachers determined using the Slovin formula at a 5% margin of error and selected through probability sampling. Data were collected using a validated and reliable Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that organizational image had a positive and significant effect on education quality (β = 0.381), teacher innovation had a positive and significant effect (β = 0.313), school management had a positive and significant effect (β = 0.189), and teacher performance also had a positive and significant effect on education quality (β = 0.339). Furthermore, organizational image (β = 0.352), teacher innovation (β = 0.588), and school management (β = 0.366) had positive and significant effects on teacher performance. The mediation analysis indicated that teacher performance did not effectively mediate the effects of organizational image, teacher innovation, and school management on education quality. These findings suggest that improving education quality is more effectively achieved through the direct enhancement of organizational image, teacher innovation, school management, and teacher performance.]]>
