Abstract

CV. Cita Nasional is a company engaged in processing pure milk into pasteurized fresh milk and homogenization. This research was conducted to analyze defective products using the Six Sigma, Poka -Yoke and Kaizen approaches. Defective products in cup packaging from July 2017 to July 2018 is 20.71% with a target of a maximum of 3% product defects. The purpose of the research is to find out the company?s process capability with DPMO and the level of sigma capability, analyze the factors that cause product disability along with proposed improvements. The method used with Poka-Yoke and determine the action plan in quality control efforts with the Kaizen approach. The result obtained based on the Six Sigma state, namely the Define stage, obtained quality characteristics or CTQ in the form of attribute data 7 characteristic of the causes of disability. The results of the company?s perpormance baseline measurement at the Measure stage of the company were in the condition of 3.383 sigma with DPMO 29.586. The analyze phase is made control map, pareto diagram and makes fish bone diagram to obtain the factors that cause disability. During the improve phase an action plan was developed using the Poka-Yoke approach. In the control phase continuous improvement is done with the Kaizen approach which includes the Five-M checklist concept, 5W+1H (What, Why, Where, When, Who, How) and the Five Step Plan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh kepolisian dalam menanggulangi tindak pidana perjudian di Kabupaten Maros dan juga untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi oleh kepolisian dalam menanggulangi tindak pidana perjudian di kabupaten Maros. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah hukum Polsek Camba Kabupaten Maros dengan mengambil data dan mewawancarai pihak kepolisian khususnya pada Unit Reskrim yang menangani tindak pidana umum termasuk tindak pidana perjudian yang berhubungan dengan penulisan tesis ini. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan penulis bahwa bentuk peranan kepolisian dalam menanggulangi tindak pidana perjudian dapat dilihat dari upaya yang dilakukan antara lain upaya pre-emtif berupa penyampaian pesan-pesan keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat (kamtibmas) ke masjid-masjid, Bhayangkara pembina, keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat (Bhabinkamtibmas) door to door, dan penyuluhan hukum di kantor desa/rumah tokoh masyarakat. Kemudian upaya preventif melakukan operasi dan pengawasan ditempat-tempat keramaian, mengadakan patroli dan pengawasan secara rutin dan berkelanjutan. Dalam upaya represif pihak kepolisian melakukan penyelidikan dan mencari informasi, ikut bermain judi, melakukan penyamaran, menangkap tersangka dan menyita barang bukti. Adapun hambatan yang dihadapi pihak Kepolisian dalam upaya menanggulangi tindak pidana perjudian yaitu kurangnya respon masyarakat terhadap sosialisasi atau penyuluhan, masyarakat tertutup memberikan informasi, adanya pembackingan dari oknum-oknum tertentu, pelaku melarikan diri, tidak ditemukannya barang bukti, kurangnya jumlah sarana dan prasarana, terbatasnya jumlah personil, dan perilaku masyarakat.

Abstract

The self-combustion phenomenon that has the potential to cause fires in the coal mining industry in East Kalimantan is the subject of this study. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality and characteristics of coal that has the potential to trigger self-heating. In this research, 5 (five) samples of coal quality are analyzed from PT. Geoservice Samarinda using the proximate analysis method and analysis of calorific value and total sulfur. Next, determine ranking of coal and analyze the characteristics of coal samples that are prone to potential self-combustion. The results show that the five coal samples included in Sub-Bituminous rank with medium volatile matter considered to have sufficient potential to experience self-combustion. The most susceptible coal sample is sample code D1 because it also has lower inherent moisture and ash content and higher total sulfur content than other coal samples. However, further tests still need to be carried out to determine the percentage of total sulfur (pyrite) as a trigger for self-combustion. Environmental factor analysis is also required for validation.

Abstract

The independent curriculum is a new policy first launched by the Minister of Education, Nadiem, which aims to hone children's interests and talents from an early age, by focusing on essential material, character development and student competencies. There are changes to the subject structure and the way the learning process is carried out in the Independent Curriculum. With these changes, the teaching staff at Kemala Bhayangkari Foundation schools still need guidance regarding the implementation of learning outcomes (CP) in the independent curriculum. To optimize curriculum implementation, the FT UNM Agricultural Technology Education PKM team carries out outreach and assistance to teaching staff. This activity aims to provide knowledge to teaching staff regarding the urgency and implications of the independent curriculum as well as the implementation of learning outcomes in the independent curriculum. Implementation of socialization is carried out using discussion and question and answer methods, where the socialization process carried out by teaching staff shows high interest and enthusiasm so that it has an impact on improving knowledge. This, supported by the questionnaire data that has been analyzed, shows that the category is very good (satisfactory) compared to the unsatisfactory category before the socialization was carried out.

Abstract

Mitra Program Kemitraan Komunitas (PKM) ini adalah guru SD dan SMP Bhayangkari. Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah untuk membantu masyarakat sasaran dalam mensosialisasikan tentang Perancangan  Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila pada kurikulum Merdeka Belajar.Hal ini bertujuan untuk  meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam pemantauan aktifitas siswa dan lainnya, Hal ini dalam rangka meningkatkan pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien, mewujudkan sekolah Masalah mitra adalah (1) Kurangnya wawasan guru dalam mengimplemntasikan kurikulum merdeka belajar di SD dan SMP Kemala Bhayangkari Makassar (2) Masih rendahnya sumber daya manusia khususnya di bidang agama, (3) Sebagian besar guru agama di SD dan SMP tidak dilibatkan dalam pelatihan pendidikan Karakter. Karateristik Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar dalam pengembangnnya tertuang butir Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila(P5) yang meliputilima aspek yaitu, Beriman dan Bertaqwa kepada Tuhan YME, bergotong royong, berkebinakeaan global, bergotong royong,Mandiri, bernalr kritis,kreatif. Metode yang digunakan (1) ceramah, (2) diskusi, (3) Tanya jawab (4) demonstrasi.Adapun hasil yang diperoleh adalah : guru yang bersangkutan sudah memahami atau paham terkait dengan penyusunan Projek Pelajar Pancasila pada dimensi Iman dan taqwa serta berakhlak mulia

Abstract

Kualitas lingkungan hidup perlu dijaga dan ditingkatkan agar manusia memiliki jaminan atas keberlanjutan hidupnya. Pemerintah memiliki peran utama untuk hal tersebut melalui penerapan regulasi lingkungan, salah satunya dengan melakukan evaluasi dan pemantauan kualitas lingkungan dari pengukuran kinerja program pengelolaan kualitas lingkungan hidup. Kualitas lingkungan hidup dinilai secara kuantitatif menggunakan Indeks Kualitas Lingkungan Hidup (IKLH). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur nilai IKLH masing-masing Kelurahan di Kota Bontang dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan kebijakan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup yang telah dilakukan Pemerintah Kota Bontang dalam rangka meningkatkan efektivitas pencapaian IKLH yang ideal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana data dianalisis dengan metode kuantitatif melalui analisis data sekunder terhadap hasil sampling yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Bontang. Kemudian dilakukan pemodelan spasial Sistem Informasi Geografi untuk mengetahui sebaran masing-masing titik sampling IKA, IKU dan IKL untuk memperoleh nilai IKLH tiap Kelurahan di Kota Bontang. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dari 15 Kelurahan di Kota Bontang, nilai IKLH terendah adalah pada Kelurahan Berbas Tengah dengan nilai 62,04 dalam kriteria sedang. Kelurahan di Kota Bontang yang memiliki nilai IKLH terbaik adalah Kelurahan Belimbing dengan nilai IKLH 77,90 dalam kriteria baik. IKLH Kota Bontang Tahun 2023 sebesar 66,81 atau dalam kategori Sedang, lebih rendah daripada IKLH Provinsi Kalimantan Timur yang sebesar 75,47 atau termasuk dalam kategori Baik. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, Kota Bontang perlu berupaya untuk memperbaiki kualitas lingkungan hidup daerahnya. Direkomendasikan kepada Pemerintah Kota Bontang untuk memperbanyak aksi terkait peningkatan kualitas lingkungan yang diprioritaskan pada Kelurahan dengan nilai IKLH yang rendah, khususnya pada Kelurahan Berbas Tengah, Berbas Pantai, Tanjung Laut dan Tanjung Laut Indah dalam hal pemenuhan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) dan tutupan vegetasi.

Abstract

Numerous studies supporting infrastructure construction are currently underway in the New Capital Territory of Nusantara (IKN Nusantara). A geophysical method known as Seismic Refraction Tomography (SRT) has been employed within the IKN Nusantara to identify hard and soft layers based on the P-wave velocity (Vp). The data acquisition involved 24 channels of geophone spaced at intervals 3 and 4 meters. Measurements were conducted alongfour trajectories of 69 and 92 meters, reaching penetration depths of 12 – 20 meters. P-wave velocity values ranging between 200 – 3500 m/s were recorded. Additionally, the Unconfined Compressive Strength (UCS) value was determined using an empirical equation tailored for mudrock-shale lithology, establishing the correlation between Vp and UCS. In the shallow depths of 0 – 3 meters, UCS values indicated levels below 20 MPa, classifying the materials as having  low to medium hardness. However, at depths greater than 3 meters, this layer transitioned to material with high hardness levels, as evidenced by UCS rate exceeding 20 MPa across all trajectories. This suggest that the IKN Nusantara is conducive to infrastructure development.

Abstract

An oil and gas field containing less than 50% carbon dioxide (CO₂) impurities is considered economically viable. This study focuses on the 'X' area, located in the northern part of the South Sumatra Basin, and evaluates the sensitivity of elastic parameters—specifically P-impedance and Vp/Vs ratio—to hydrocarbon presence. Additionally, the study assesses the distribution of sandstone reservoirs within the Lower Talang Akar Formation (LTAF) using seismic reservoir characterization methods, while also analyzing the spatial correlation of natural CO₂ impurities. Using data from 11 wells equipped with S-wave logs, a multi-attribute analysis was applied to predict reservoir properties in 57 additional wells. Sensitivity analysis of hydrocarbons, reservoir, and non-reservoir zones was then conducted using elastic log parameters. Seismic attributes such as variance and ant tracking were utilized to detect fault patterns and potential fractures. Moreover, Relative Acoustic Impedance maps—based on negative and minimum amplitude summations—were generated to visualize sandstone reservoir distribution and CO₂ impurity saturation derived from well tests. Results show that hydrocarbons exhibit greater sensitivity to the Vp/Vs ratio than to P-impedance, although sandstone reservoirs generally display low P-impedance values. Faults in the LTAF surface trend north-south, northwest-southeast, and northeast-southwest, with the highest density in the eastern region of area 'X'. Thick sandstone reservoirs are predominantly found in the northern, southern, western, and southeastern sectors. CO₂ saturation trends decrease westward, aligning with reservoir presence and fracture intensity. Zones with thick reservoirs and low CO₂ levels are identified as key targets for future exploration and development.
