Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effects of human relations, work experience, and job stress on work ethic. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The regression results produced the equation Y = 2,851 + 0,468X1 + 0,477X2 - 0,013X3. The F-test resulted in an Fcount (7.949) > Ftable (2.96), meaning that human relations, work experience, and job stress simultaneously affect work ethic. The t-test results show that, partially, human relations has a positive effect on work ethic because tcount (2.892) > ttable (2.04841); work experience has a positive effect on work ethic because tcount (2.222) > ttable (2.04841); and job stress has a negative effect on work ethic because -tcount (-2.129) < -ttable (-2.04841). The R2 test results show an Adjusted R Square value of 0.410, meaning that the independent variables—comprising human relations, work experience, and job stress—are able to explain work ethic by 41%, while the remaining 59% is explained by other variables not included in this study. Keywords: Human Relations, Work Experience, Job Stress, Work Ethic   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial human relation, pengalaman kerja dan stres kerja terhadap Pengalaman Kerja. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 31 responden.
