Abstract

This study examines the effect of work stress on employee performance at PT. Solusi Bangun Andalas Aceh, with organizational commitment considered as an important supporting variable that may influence how employees respond to work pressures. Data were collected from 57 respondents through structured questionnaires distributed to employees. The collected data were then analyzed using regression analysis and classical assumption tests to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the statistical results. The findings show that employee performance and organizational commitment are generally categorized as good, indicating that employees are still able to perform their duties effectively. However, the level of work stress experienced by employees is relatively high, which may potentially affect their long-term productivity and well-being. All research instruments used in this study were tested and confirmed to be valid and reliable, and the results of the classical assumption tests indicate that the regression model meets the required statistical assumptions.
