Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of job rotation, supervision and work environment on employee productivity at Satpol PP Aceh Besar Regency. The method used is quantitative with a survey approach, and data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 124 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 27.0 program. The results of the study indicate that partially, job rotation, supervision and work environment each have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. In addition, the three variables simultaneously also have a significant effect on employee productivity with a determination coefficient value of 0.599, which means that 59.9% of the variation in employee productivity can be explained by the independent variables. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of developing job rotation, supervision and work environment simultaneously to increase employee productivity. Thus, each policy implemented does not run separately, but rather supports each other in order to create productive, competent and professional employees.
