Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of work discipline, compensation, and job satisfaction on employee productivity at PT Citra Raya Garden City. The population consisted of 276 employees, and a sample of 80 respondents was determined using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination (R²), and partial hypothesis testing (t-test). The results indicate that work discipline, compensation, and job satisfaction each have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity.
