Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh website, promosi dan kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian iklan baris otomotif PT OLX Indonesia di Jakarta.Variabel yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah   website (X1), promosi (X2), kepercayaan (X3) mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian (Y) sebagai variabel dependennya. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan menggambil data dengan cara mengambil kuesioner pada 69 responden. Metode yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sedangkan masing-masing variabel yang penulis gunakan adalah skala likert dengan pengukuran lima tingkatan jawaban. Data yang diperoleh penulis melalui kuesioner dioleh oleh peneliti menggunakan software SPSS 22. Alat analisis yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah regresi linear berganda, analisis korelasi, analisis koefisiensi determinasi dan uji hipotesis yakni uji t. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Website berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian space iklan otomotif di PT OLX Indonesia. Promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian space iklan otomotif di PT OLX Indonesia. Kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian space iklan otomotif di PT OLX Indonesia.

Abstract

Unemployment and poverty are issues that require serious and systematic solutions. So far, the human development index, unemployment rate, and illiteracy rate have dominated. This study looks into how the Human Development Index affects poverty in Indonesia. Second, examine the impact of Unemployment on poverty in Indonesia. Third, examine the impact of Illiteracy on poverty in Indonesia. The Stepwise technique was chosen in this study because it provides information on the independent variables that influence the dependent variable. The Human Development Index, Education Level, and Illiteracy Population were studied sequentially. This study employed secondary data. The statistics were gathered from third sources and are available at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The research shows that the three variables are directly associated with poverty in Indonesia. Less effective programs tend to be partial. So, as a policymaker, the government must start an integrated program focusing on the three points mentioned.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Promosi Penjualan dan Ekuitas Merek terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Smartphone Samsung di Jakarta. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi studi pustaka dan studi lapangan. Studi lapangan dilakukan dengan cara observasi langsung ke tiga toko yang menjual produk Samsung di Jakarta, observasi ini meliputi wawancara langsung dan penarikan pendapat konsumen tentang variabel penelitian yang diteliti menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Sedangkan metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Produk, Promosi Penjualan dan Ekuitas Merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Abstract, This research is to determine the effect of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, and firm size on the return on assets of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The samples used in this study were 10 pharmaceutical companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Current ratio, which is measured using a comparison of current assets with current liabilities, has no effect on profitability. The Debt to Equity Ratio, which is measured using a comparison between debt and capital, has a negative and significant effect on the return on assets. Total Asset Turnover as measured using a comparison between total sales and total assets has no significant effect on return on assets. Firm Size or company size as measured using total assets has no effect on return on assets.

Abstract

The waste problem is not only related to landfills, as has been the case so far, because the waste management system involves many parties, including waste producers (such as households, markets, institutions, industries, and others), managers (and contractors), regulators, the informal sector, and communities affected by waste management. Its completion requires the involvement of all relevant parties and various approaches. By looking at the above description, it is important to undertake counseling or socialization about the waste management system "Trash Bank" through community engagement, to find out how well this program works to reduce waste generation and turn waste into items of economic worth / Indirectly, this action will develop the Waste Processing Household Industry Group, organic fertilizer/compost, and create a healthy environment. With this PKM activity, it's intended that public awareness of the entrepreneurial spirit would grow. This service seeks to spread awareness and understanding of Waste Bank's waste management to promote a healthy and successful community. Improving school-community interactions (Budi Luhur University). Budi Luhur University's Tridharma community service program. Al Azka Kamila Indonesia Foundation: Increase knowledge, understanding, and entrepreneurial spirit in trash banks with commercial value. Develop the community's creative economy through reusing garbage. Increase awareness of the importance of a healthy environment. This community service was well-executed. Face-to-face or lecture training was given to the socializing committee. Al Azka Kamila Indonesia Foundation socialization resources on improving business spirit through waste banks as SMEs to drive the economy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Firm Created Content (FCC) and User Generated Content (UGC) on brand equity and purchase intention of Grab-and-Go coffee brand. In today's digital era, content generated by both companies and users plays a critical role in shaping consumer perceptions of brands. FCC refers to all content created by companies to promote their products and services, while UGC is content created by consumers that reflects their experiences with a product. This research employs a quantitative method using an online survey involving 300 respondents who are consumers of Grab-and-Go coffee. The results of the study indicate that both FCC and UGC have a significant impact on brand equity. High-quality FCC can enhance brand awareness, perceived quality, and consumer loyalty. On the other hand, positive UGC can strengthen the emotional connection between consumers and the brand, as well as increase consumer trust. Furthermore, the study also finds that strong brand equity contributes to an increase in purchase intention. Data shows that 75% of respondents are more likely to purchase Grab-and-Go coffee products after being exposed to engaging content from both the company and users. Through this analysis, the study provides valuable insights for marketers in designing effective content strategies to enhance brand equity and drive purchase intention. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for other coffee companies in leveraging FCC and UGC to achieve a competitive advantage in an increasingly competitive market. The study also recommends that companies be more proactive in encouraging consumer participation in content creation and utilize social media platforms to enhance engagement with their audience.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas ruang publik dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat melalui pendekatan revitalisasi lingkungan dan edukasi komunitas. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di RPTRA Asthabrata Bintaro dengan melibatkan warga setempat secara aktif dalam kegiatan fisik dan edukatif. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif, dimulai dari observasi, perencanaan program, pelaksanaan revitalisasi taman dan fasilitas, penyuluhan kesehatan, kelas literasi anak, hingga kolaborasi dengan instansi terkait. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas lingkungan fisik RPTRA, tumbuhnya kesadaran kesehatan masyarakat, meningkatnya keterlibatan sosial, serta antusiasme anak-anak dalam kegiatan literasi. Partisipasi aktif warga juga menjadi indikator keberhasilan program dalam mendorong keberlanjutan. Program ini membuktikan bahwa ruang publik dapat menjadi sarana efektif untuk pembentukan perilaku sehat dan interaksi sosial apabila dikelola dengan pendekatan kolaboratif dan edukatif.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work discipline, organizational culture, and work conflict on employee performance. The research was conducted on employees of Miss Cimory at Cimory Center Pesanggrahan. A quantitative approach was employed using a questionnaire distributed to the respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of statistical software. The findings indicate that work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee performance. In contrast, organizational culture shows a positive and significant influence, suggesting that a strong and supportive organizational culture can enhance employee performance. Furthermore, work conflict also has a significant effect, which implies that certain forms of conflict may act as stimulants to employee productivity when managed properly. These results provide valuable insights for organizational leaders in developing strategies to improve employee performance by fostering a positive culture and managing conflict effectively.
