Abstract

Aviation security and safety are very fundamental things that airports need to pay attention to. In terms of aviation safety, the role of the Apron Movement Control (AMC) Unit is certainly not spared. AMC itself is a very important unit and has a very big role in aviation safety factors. The objectives of this research are: (1) to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, (2) to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance, and (3) to find out how much influence job satisfaction and work motivation have on employee performance at the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit at Yogyakarta International Airport. The research method used is quantitative. Descriptive Meanwhile, the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, saturated sampling type. The results of this research show that: 1) based on the results of the t test, it shows that job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance, while work motivation shows that the results have no effect on employee performance. 2) Based on the results of the f test, it shows that job satisfaction and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
