<![CDATA[Strengthening administration and governance is an essential aspect of improving the quality of Early Childhood Education (ECE) institutions, particularly private institutions that often face limitations in human resources and suboptimal administrative systems. The complexity of institutional document management, data reporting, financial management, and accreditation preparation has increased the relevance of professional assistance. This community service program aimed to describe the implementation of Early Childhood Islamic Education (PIAUD) consulting services in strengthening administration and governance at Ar-Rahman Serage ECE Institution. The program employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. This approach was selected because the community service activities positioned the administrators and teachers of Ar-Rahman Serage ECE Institution as active partners throughout all stages of the program. Rather than merely providing information, the program emphasized a process of mentoring and collaborative problem-solving to enhance the partners’ capacity to manage institutional administration and governance. The PAR approach was implemented through a cycle of problem identification, action planning, mentoring implementation, observation, reflection, and follow-up. The results showed that the implementation of PIAUD consulting services improved the completeness of administrative documents, the organization of the filing system, the standardization of financial administration, accreditation preparedness, and the more structured distribution of administrative responsibilities. In addition, a shift in the institutional work culture was observed, whereby administration was no longer perceived as an additional task but as an integral component of educational service quality. This community service program contributes to strengthening the body of knowledge on ECE management through an adaptive and sustainable consultative mentoring model. In conclusion, PIAUD consulting services are effective in supporting the strengthening of administration and governance in ECE institutions and are therefore recommended for implementation in similar institutions through continuous mentoring programs. Future community service programs are recommended to expand the scope of implementation sites and employ longitudinal studies to measure the long-term impact of consulting service implementation.]]>
