Street food plays an important role in the culinary and tourism industries by providing not only affordable food but also unique dining experiences through social interaction, environmental atmosphere, and service quality. This study aims to analyze customer experiences in the street food area of God Bless Park Night Culinary Center, Manado, focusing on service quality, food hygiene and sanitation, customer experiences, and strategies for service improvement. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews with customers and street food vendors selected using purposive sampling, anddocumentation. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and SaldaƱa, consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data credibility was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings indicate that customers generally perceived the service quality positively, particularly regarding friendliness, responsiveness, and interpersonal interaction provided by vendors.Nevertheless, maintaining service consistency during peak hours remains a challenge. Environmental cleanliness around the food stalls also emerged as an important concern, although customers tended to tolerate certain shortcomings due to the informal nature of street food businesses. Furthermore, the study reveals that customer experience is influenced not only by service quality and cleanliness but also by the social atmosphere, the authenticity of local culinary offerings, and the emotional relationships established between vendors and customers. The study concludes that customer experience in the street food context is a holistic construct shaped by functional, emotional, social, andenvironmental dimensions. These findings provide practical implications for improving the management of culinary tourism areas and strengthening the competitiveness of culinary tourism destinations in Manado
