<![CDATA[This research aims to describe the implementation of the Sustainable Food House Program in Dosan Village, Pusako District, Siak Regency, as an effort to strengthen household food security through the utilization of yard land. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection was conducted through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation with village government officials, program facilitators, and program participant communities. The focus of the research includes the program's objectives, the implementation process, and the outcomes of the program. The research results show that the program's targets are more determined by the interests and commitments of the community, especially housewives, compared to the administrative criteria for food-insecure groups as outlined in the national guidelines. The implementation process of the program was carried out flexibly through socialization activities, planting, and technical assistance, but it was not yet supported by written operational standards and a structured mentoring schedule. The results of the program implementation show the utilization of yards for food and medicinal plants, although the achievements among participants are not yet uniform. This research concludes that the program implementation has adapted to the local community's social conditions, but it still requires strengthening in the aspects of planning, continuous assistance, and program evaluation to make its benefits more optimal and sustainable.]]>
