Abstract

Nowadays, educational facilities continue to experience improvements in the realm of technology. Various instant applications were created to facilitate the achievement of educational success. Therefore, every government, educational institution, educator, and student must master the technology so as not to be left behind. This research is qualitative descriptive research, the data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation conducted at al-Azhar Yogyakarta Boarding School. This study aims to determine the optimization of the use of Zoom, Google Classroom, and Google Form in learning Arabic. The results of this study: first, the learning phase begins with learning preparation which includes making a syllabus, selecting teachers, and making Google Classroom (importing material). Second, the implementation stage of learning is in accordance with the schedule that has been prepared with a Zoom explanation. The third is the implementation of the test as a benchmark for ongoing learning, starting with compiling questions written in the Google Forms, determining the time of the exam and assessment.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the pedagogical competence of Arabic teachers at MA Al Azhar. Researchers use a qualitative approach with a case study model. To obtain the data, the researchers conducted interviews with participants consisting of 3 Arabic teachers at the school. After the data was collected, researchers analyzed the data with the Miles & Huberman model which consisted of 3 stages. That is, data exposure, data reduction and ending with drawing conclusions. The results showed that there are 7 components in pedagogic competence that can be applied by MA Al Azhar Arabic teachers. Namely, (1) Understanding of learning theory (2) Understanding student characteristics (3) Learning design (4) Carrying out learning well (5) Able to use technology-based learning media (6) Ability to carry out evaluations (7) Directing students according to their interests. However, in the element of learning implementation, Arabic teachers need time to adjust to distance learning. Based on the results mentioned, the researchers recommend simulating learning adjustment in times of emergency for Arabic teachers. Therefore, research after this can focus on teacher adjustment in the midst of remote learning during the covid emergency in terms of personality competence and professional competence.المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى وصف الكفاءة التربوية لمعلمي اللغة العربية في المدرسة العالية الأزهر. استخدم الباحثون منهجا كيفيا مع نموذج دراسة حالة. للحصول على البيانات، أجروا المقابلة مع 3 مدرسي اللغة العربية. وتم تحليل البيانات بنموذج Miles and Huberman حيث يتكون من 3 مراحل من عرض للبيانات وتخفيضها والاستنتاج منها. وتوصل الباحثون إلى أن تتوفر 7 عناصر الكفاءة التربوية. وهي (1) فهم نظرية التعلم (2) فهم خصائص الطالب (3) تصميم عملية التعليم (4) تنفيذ عملية التعلم جيدا (5) القدرة على استخدام الوسائل القائمة على التكنولوجيا (6) القدرة على إجراء التقويم (7) توجيه الطلاب وفق ميولهم. في نهاية المطاف علم أن المدرسين يحتاجون إلى مدة يتكيفون فيها مع الظروف والأوضاع عند التعليم عن بعد. بناء على النتائج المذكورة، يوصي الباحثون بمحاكاة تعديل التعلم في الأحوال الطارئة لمعلمي اللغة العربية. لذلك، يتسنى للباحثين فيما بعد التركيز على تعايش مدرسي اللغة العربية أثناء التعليم عن بعد عند الوباء كوفيد 19 من حيث الكفاءة الشخصية والمهنية.

Abstract

This study aims to test and prove the effect of risk tolerance on investment decisions and financial literacy can moderate risk tolerance on investment decisions. This research is a quantitative research with primary data. The analysis technique used is moderated regression analysis with WarpPLS 7.0 software. The study used students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University throughout the city of Surabaya, 2017-2018 as populations. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents who were obtained by using purposive sampling technique. The results of the regression test show that risk tolerance affects investment decisions and financial literacy cannot moderate the relationship between risk tolerance and investment decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSalah satu efek dari pemberian infus adalah flebitis. Flebitis disebabkan olehmekanik, kimia, dan faktor bakteri. Flebitis dapat dicegah dengan meminimalisirmikroorganisme pada kulit pasien dan menjaga sistem jalur intravena ditutup dan sistemfiksasi dalam kondisi baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubunganantara pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktek perawat dalam keperawatan infus dan kasusplebitis.Populasi adalah perawat yang merawat dan pasien yang mendapat terapi infus diRuang Wijaya Kusuma, Cempaka Room, dan ICU Room RSUD Gresik. Total sampeladalah 28 perawat dan 55 pasien. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposivesampling. Variabel dependen penelitian ini adalah plebitis dan variabel independen adalahpengetahuan, sikap, dan praktek perawat. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakankuesioner dan observasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan Spearman Rhokorelasi, dengan tingkat signifikansi (ρ)> 0,05.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan yang cukupperawat di keperawatan infus dan kasus plebitis (ρ = 0,023 dan r = 0.428). Ada korelasiyang rendah antara sikap perawat dalam keperawatan infus dan kasus flebitis (ρ = 0,048dan r = 0.377). Ada korelasi yang rendah antara praktek perawat dalam keperawatan infusdan kasus flebitis (ρ = 0,047 dan r = 0.374).Perilaku perawat dalam keperawatan infus memiliki korelasi yang rendah dancukup dengan kasus plebitis. Seorang perawat yang telah belajar tentang plebitispencegahan kejadian maka dia akan mempraktekkan apa yang diketahui dan menanganidalam bentuk tindakan perawatan yang baik dan benar.Kata kunci: Perilaku (pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktek), kasus plebitis.ABSTRACTOne of the effect of intravenous feeding is phlebitis. Phlebitis is caused bymechanical, chemical, and bacterial factors. Phlebitis can be prevented by minimalizingmicroorganism in patient’s skin and keeping the intravenous line system closed andfixation system in good condition. The purpose of this research is to identify thecorrelation between knowledge, attitude, and practice of nurse in nursing infuse and thephlebitis case.The population is nurses who nursed and patients who got infuse therapy in WijayaKusuma Room, Cempaka Room, and ICU Room of RSUD Gresik. Total sample is 28nurses and 55 patients. The sample were taken using purposive sampling. For thisresearch, dependent variable is phlebitis and independent variable is knowledge, attitude,and practice of nurse. Data were collected by using quetioner and observation, thenanalyzed by using Spearman’s Rho Correlation, with level significance (ρ) > 0.05.Result showed that there was sufficient correlation between knowledge of nurse innursing infuse and phlebitis case (ρ=0,023 and r=0,428). There was low correlationbetween attitude of nurse in nursing infuse and phlebitis case (ρ=0,048 and r=0,377). There was low correlation between practice of nurse in nursing infuse and phlebitis case(ρ=0,047 dan r=0,374).Behavior of nurse in nursing infuse has low and sufficient correlation with thephlebitis case. A nurse who had learned about the incident prevention plebitis then hewould practice what is known and addressing in the form of maintenance action is goodand right.Keywords : Behavior (knowledge, attitude, and practice), phlebitis case.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the perceptions of clothing traders in Rengel Village Traditional Market regarding financial digitalization. A descriptive qualitative approach was applied using method and source triangulation. Data were collected through structured and semi-structured interviews, direct observations, and photo documentation. The findings reveal that traders’ perceptions vary depending on their understanding, experience, and technology access. Some perceive digital payments such as e-wallets (DANA, OVO), QRIS, and bank transfers as useful (perceived usefulness), but actual use remains limited to bank transfers, often with family assistance. QRIS and e-wallets are still in the introductory stage due to limited technical knowledge. Other obstacles include unstable internet access and limited device ownership.Overall, the acceptance of digital finance among traditional market traders is still at an early stage. Therefore, education, guidance, and infrastructure support are needed to gradually enhance the adoption of financial digitalization in traditional markets.
