Background: Stunting is still a significant global public health problem. In Indonesia, the prevalence of stunting decreased from 24.4% in 2021 to 21.6% in 2022, but the figure is still above the expected target. Nutritional interventions in the preconception period, especially in adolescent girls as mothers-to-be, are seen as an important strategy to prevent intergenerational stunting. However, evidence on the most effective intervention models is still scattered and has not been comprehensively synthesized. Objective: To map the scientific evidence on the model of preconception nutritional intervention in adolescent girls and its contribution to the prevention of intergenerational stunting during the period 2020–2026. Methods: This study used a systematic scoping review method based on the Arksey and O'Malley framework updated by Levac et al. (2010) and followed the PRISMA-ScR 2018 guidelines. Literature searches were conducted on PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, and Google Scholar. Inclusion criteria included studies in adolescent girls aged 10–19 years who implemented preconception nutrition interventions with outcomes related to nutritional status or stunting risk. Of the 1,274 articles identified, 16 studies met the inclusion criteria. Results: Five main models of interventions were found, namely micronutrient supplementation, nutrition education based on Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC), food fortification and supplementary feeding, integrated multicomponent interventions based on schools or communities, and mHealth-Based Digital Intervention. The multicomponent model showed the highest effectiveness in reducing the risk of stunting in offspring (RR 0.69–0.82) and comprehensively improving the nutritional status of adolescent girls. Conclusions: preconception nutrition interventions that integrate micronutrient supplementation, SBCC-based education, and systemic support are the most effective approaches to break the intergenerational cycle of stunting. The integration of this model into primary healthcare is needed to support sustainable implementation in Indonesia.
