Abstract

The Women Farmers Group (KWT) Gemas Implan in Tangerang City has strong potential in community-based urban farming; however, its digital utilisation for documentation, promotion, and market expansion remains limited due to low digital literacy. This community service programme aims to enhance digital capacity through the development of a community website and AI-assisted content creation training. The programme was conducted from July to November 2025, involving approximately 20 members through participatory training, hands-on practice, and continuous mentoring. The results show that participants were able to independently produce and manage digital content and actively utilise the website as a medium for information dissemination and promotion. This led to increased community visibility, including visits from educational institutions, as well as improved confidence in using digital technology. These findings indicate that a practice-based digital empowerment approach can support the development of sustainable communication and promotion strategies within community-based organisations.
