Abstract

The focus of this research is to design a website-based rental application to address these inefficiencies and improve reservation certainty through an integrated system. The research methodology employed is Agile Scrum, executed iteratively through five sprint stages. The problem-solving steps include the preparation of the product backlog, sprint planning, system development using PHP programming language and database, and sprint reviews. To test the design's success, this study will utilize Black Box Testing for system functionality and distribute questionnaires using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method to measure the level of satisfaction and ease of use for both users and administrators. The results of the design and testing show that the automated scheduling feature and integrated payment system were successfully implemented to minimize the recording errors that previously occurred in the manual process. The implementation of this website has been shown to improve data recording consistency and scheduling certainty for field reservations compared to the previous manual system. The final result of this research shows that the developed application is an effective, user-friendly, and feasible digital solution for optimizing rental management at H. Abdul Malik Stadium, thereby increasing revenue and customer convenience. The test results yielded an average score of 91.25, placing it in the "acceptable" category, earning a grade of A, and corresponding to the "best imaginable" adjective rating. Black-box testing covering 62 scenarios across five sprints was successfully executed with a 100% success rate.
