Abstract

This community service activity was conducted as an effort to support digital transformation among micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through rebranding and online marketing assistance for a traditional herbal beverage business in Waled Kota Village, Cirebon Regency. The problems faced by the partner included a suboptimal visual business identity, the unavailability of digital payment facilities, and limited utilization of social media and digital platforms as promotional tools. The activity was implemented using a participatory approach consisting of three stages: observation and needs identification, program implementation, and follow-up and evaluation. The activity was carried out on August 9 and 12, 2026, involving one herbal beverage business managed by two individuals and members of the Thematic Literacy Community Service Program (KKN Literasi Tematik) team of Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati. The results showed that all planned output targets were successfully achieved. These outputs included documentation of the herbal beverage production process; provision of QRIS as a digital payment method; creation of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook social media accounts; addition of the business location to Google Maps; production of logo stickers; creation of a business banner; and preparation of promotional materials in the form of product photos and videos. The installation of the banner, handover of the QRIS and logo stickers to the partner, and production of promotional content were carried out on August 12, 2026. The assistance provided also improved the partner's understanding and skills in developing brand identity, implementing digital payment systems, and utilizing online-based marketing strategies.
