Abstract

Employee performance is the quality and quantity of work achieved by an employee in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given. In facing the dynamics of public service and crisis communication at the National Search and Rescue Agency (BASARNAS), performance optimization is influenced by human resource management factors. This study aims to analyze the effect of Training, Career Development, and Work-Life Balance on Employee Performance in the Public Relations and General Bureau at BASARNAS Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. Using a quantitative approach and descriptive method, the sample consisted of 81 respondents selected through total sampling. Data were analyzed using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing with SPSS version 26. The results indicate that Training and Work-Life Balance have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, whereas Career Development has no significant effect. These findings are expected to provide practical input for the management of BASARNAS as well as a reference for future human resource research.
