Abstract

The Terminal Service Officer team is a unit responsible for supervising all facilities located in the landside area of the airport terminal. This study aims to analyze the performance of the Terminal Service Officer (TSO) team in inspecting terminal facilities at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali Airport. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The main focus of the research is how the Terminal Service Officer (TSO) team performs in maintaining the optimization of terminal facilities through routine inspections, identifying obstacles faced, and improvement efforts made. The results showed that the Terminal Service Officer (TSO) team has carried out its duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), with performance indicators including work quality, work quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, and independence. Obstacles that are often found include damage to self check-in machines, terminal roof leaks, and escalator problems.
