Abstract

The ability to read Qur’an is a basic skill that students must possess in learning Al-Qur’an Hadith. However, in reality, there are still students who experiencedifficulties in reading the Qur’an, such as not recognizing hijaiyah letters properly, making mistake in pronouncing the makhraj of letters, and being inaccurate in applying tajwid rules. This study aims to analyze the Al-Qur’an Hadith learning methods in o The ability to read the Qur’an is a basic skill that students must possess in learning Al-Qur’an Hadith. However, in reality, there are still students who experience difficulties in reading the Qur’an, such as not recognizing hijaiyah letters properly, making mistakes in pronouncing the makhraj of letters, and being inaccurate in applying tajwid rules. This study aims to analyze the Al-Qur’an Hadith learning methods in overcoming students difficulties in reading the Qur’an at MIN 20 Aceh Besar. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The research subjects were determined using a purposive sampling technique. The subjects consisted of school principal, 2 Al-Qur’an Hadith teachers and 6 students who still experienced difficulties in reading the Qur’an. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that the talaqqi method was the main method used by teachers to help students overcome difficulties in reading the Qur’an. In addition, teachers also implemented individual guidance, habituation of Qur’an reading, the use of simple learning media, and tahsinul Qur’an programs. Students’ difficulties in reading the Qur’an were influenced by the lack of reading practice at home and minimal parental assistance. This study implies that appropriate learning methods and supportive learning environments can help improve students’ Qur’an reading skills gradually
