Abstract

Pharmacy services play an important role in improving the quality of healthcare services. Based on observations conducted at Annisa Medika 1 Primary Clinic Pekanbaru, the existing pharmacy queue system was still integrated with other healthcare services, resulting in unorganized queue management, the absence of a dedicated pharmacy queue monitoring system, and the lack of estimated waiting time information for patients. This study aimed to develop a web-based pharmacy queue information system to improve the effectiveness of pharmacy services at Annisa Medika 1 Primary Clinic Pekanbaru. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the Waterfall development method, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and questionnaires distributed to pharmacy staff and patients. System evaluation included functional testing (Black Box Testing) and feasibility testing using the Guttman Scale, while the data were analyzed descriptively using quantitative methods. The results showed that all system features functioned properly based on the Black Box Testing results. The feasibility test yielded a score of 93.3% from pharmacy staff, 86.3% from patients, and an overall feasibility score of 87.0%, indicating that the system is feasible for implementation. The developed system assists pharmacy staff in managing pharmacy queues and enables patients to access queue information quickly, easily, and efficiently. Therefore, the web-based pharmacy queue information system is considered feasible to support pharmacy services at Annisa Medika 1 Primary Clinic Pekanbaru.
