Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing demands on teachers' work resulting from the dynamics of educational organisations, technological developments, and the complexity of tasks, all of which have the potential to cause work-related stress. The study aims to analyse the influence of leadership style, technostress, and work resilience on teacher work stress at SMKN 1 Ponorogo. A quantitative approach was used, with data collected through questionnaires completed by 88 teachers, and analysed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that leadership style and technostress have no significant effect on teacher work stress, while work resilience has a significant effect. This finding indicates that teachers' work resilience is a major factor in managing and controlling work stress compared to other external factors. The implication of this study is the importance of increasing work resilience through organisational support, training, and a conducive work environment to reduce teacher work stress levels and improve their performance and psychological well-being.
