Thus, the number of samples used was 94 employees. The data analysis method used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results of the study indicate that the Work Stress variable affects Work Discipline, the Work Environment variable affects Work Discipline, the Work Stress variable affects performance, the Work Environment variable affects performance, the Work Discipline variable affects performance, the Work Stress variable affects performance through Work Discipline and the Work Environment variable affects performance through Work Discipline. The Work Discipline variable, the R2 value of 0.956 indicates that approximately 95.6% of the variation in Employee Work Discipline can be explained by exogenous latent variables (Work Stress and Work Environment), while the remaining 4.4% may be explained by other loadings. For the Performance variable, the R2 value of 0.985 indicates that approximately 98.5% of the variation in Performance can be explained by exogenous variables used in the model, while the remaining 1.5% may be explained by other loadings not studied. Keywords: Work Stress, Work Environment, Work Discipline, Performance.
