<![CDATA[Entrepreneurs who are able to implement appropriate managerial behavior will be more effective in facing business challenges, increasing tourist attractions and maintaining visitor satisfaction. The aim of this research was to find out the managerial behavior patterns of Tourism Garden entrepreneurs (Case Study at Denassa Gardens in Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency). This research was conducted at Denassa Gardens, Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency. The respondents of this research are the business owners of the Denassa Botanical Garden (Denassa Botanical Garden) Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency). To achieve the research objectives, descriptive analysis was used. Descriptive analysis is a clear and detailed explanation or depiction using words, namely by describing the managerial behavior patterns of Tourism Garden entrepreneurs (Case Study of Denassa Gardens in Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency). The research results show that Denassa Gardens entrepreneurs have stages in managing the Garden business, such as planning, implementation, supervision and business evaluation stages. Pengusaha yang mampu menerapkan perilaku manajerial yang tepat akan lebih efektif dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis, meningkatkan daya tarik wisata, dan mempertahankan kepuasan pengunjung. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pola perilaku manajerial pengusaha Kebun Wisata (Studi Kasus pada Kebun Denassa di Kecamatan Bontonompo, Kabupaten Gowa). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kebun Denassa, Kecamatan Bontonompo, Kabupaten Gowa. Responden penelitian ini adalah pemilik usaha Kebun Denassa (Denassa Botanical Garden) Kecamatan Bontonompo, Kabupaten Gowa). Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian, digunakan analisis deskriptif. Analisis deskriptif adalah pemaparan atau penggambaran dengan kata-kata secara jelas dan terperinci, yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan pola perilaku manajerial pengusaha Kebun Wisata (Studi Kasus pada Kebun Denassa di Kecamatan Bontonompo, Kabupaten Gowa). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengusaha Kebun Denassa memiliki tahapan dalam memanajemen usaha kebun seperti tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, serta evaluasi usaha.]]>
