Abstract

Cafe Janji Koe Nabire still handles several order, payment, and sales-reporting activities through partially manual procedures. This condition creates repeated recording work and slows service control, particularly when customer traffic increases. This community service activity designed and implemented a web-based cafe management application that integrates table-based QR Code Ordering, Point of Sale (POS), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), order monitoring, table administration, activity logging, and sales reporting into a single operational flow. The application was developed through short Agile Scrum cycles using Laravel and MySQL. Functional verification applied Black Box Testing to nine core modules. The implemented system links customer orders with cashier processing and centralized transaction records. All tested scenarios generated the expected outputs for authentication, QR menu access, ordering, checkout, payment processing, menu administration, user management, activity logging, and report generation. The integrated workflow reduces repetitive data entry and provides the cafe operator with a clearer view of current orders and transaction history. The resulting application provides Cafe Janji Koe Nabire with a practical digital platform for daily service management and a technical basis for future integration with cashless payments and mobile services.
