Abstract

Low interest and understanding of basic mathematics among children due to the use of conventional methods that are monotonous and uninteresting, as well as limited access to innovative learning media and human resources trained in modern teaching methods, also exacerbate this condition, creating a gap between the expected curriculum and its implementation in the field. This study aims to develop Scratch-based learning media to improve children's understanding of numbers and shapes in early childhood in Nabire Regency, Central Papua. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results of the analysis show the need for interactive media that is suitable for the characteristics of early childhood. The developed media is designed with attractive visuals, supporting audio, and a simple interface so that it is easy to use. Implementation in early childhood education institutions proves that children are more active, enthusiastic, and find it easier to understand the concepts of numbers and shapes through a game-based learning approach. The evaluation results show that this educational media is effective, in line with the learning scenario, and can be an innovative alternative to improve the quality of early childhood education in Nabire.

Abstract

The development of information technology has a significant impact on the information management system, including in the higher education environment. STMIK Pesat Nabire as one of the educational institutions needs an efficient, modern, and easily accessible library system. This research aims to design and build a web-based library application that can facilitate book data management, borrowing, returning, and searching for information online. The development of this application uses the prototype method, which allows the development process to be carried out iteratively and flexibly through continuous collaboration between developers and users. The main features in the app include book data management, members, loan and return transactions, and late notifications. The test results showed that the built system could run well and meet the needs of users in the STMIK Pesat Nabire environment. With this application, it is hoped that library services will be more effective and efficient, and able to increase the reading interest of the academic community.

Abstract

Abstract. Manual student data management at STMIK Pesat Nabire causes bureaucratic inefficiency and data security risks. This research designs a web-based integrated database system featuring digital document verification (ID/Family Card) and interactive statistical dashboards. Developed using the Waterfall method with PHP Native and MySQL, the system minimizes redundancy through a linear data workflow. Black box testing confirms that all features are stable and accurate. This implementation successfully transforms raw data into real-time visual insights, supporting transparent and accountable institutional policy-making in the digital era.

Abstract

Currently, transaction and customer data management at Nusantara Express Laundry is still performed manually. This approach carries the risk of recording errors, data loss, and delays in information delivery. The objective of this community service initiative is to develop a web-based application for recording incoming items and item retrieval transactions, with the aim of enhancing the effectiveness of the laundry's operational management. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method was employed, encompassing the stages of requirements planning, user design, construction, and system implementation. The results demonstrate that the developed application is capable of managing customer data, laundry transactions, item storage, item retrieval, and reporting in a computerized manner. Furthermore, the system provides specific access rights for cashiers and the owner to facilitate more structured data management. The implementation of this application renders the transaction recording process more effective, accurate, and efficient, thereby helping to improve the quality of service at Nusantara Express Laundry.

Abstract

Cafe Janji Koe Nabire still handles several order, payment, and sales-reporting activities through partially manual procedures. This condition creates repeated recording work and slows service control, particularly when customer traffic increases. This community service activity designed and implemented a web-based cafe management application that integrates table-based QR Code Ordering, Point of Sale (POS), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), order monitoring, table administration, activity logging, and sales reporting into a single operational flow. The application was developed through short Agile Scrum cycles using Laravel and MySQL. Functional verification applied Black Box Testing to nine core modules. The implemented system links customer orders with cashier processing and centralized transaction records. All tested scenarios generated the expected outputs for authentication, QR menu access, ordering, checkout, payment processing, menu administration, user management, activity logging, and report generation. The integrated workflow reduces repetitive data entry and provides the cafe operator with a clearer view of current orders and transaction history. The resulting application provides Cafe Janji Koe Nabire with a practical digital platform for daily service management and a technical basis for future integration with cashless payments and mobile services.
