Abstract

This study aims to design a prototype of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based booster pump monitoring and control system using ESP32 to support water distribution in multi-story buildings. The system consists of an ultrasonic sensor, pressure sensor, flow meter, BTS7960 driver, relay, 20×4 I2C LCD, and the Blynk app as a medium for remote monitoring and control. The research methods include system design, implementation, and testing. The test results showed an average accuracy of the ultrasonic sensors at 93.62% and 95.16%, while the automatic control function, manual control via Blynk, and system parameter monitoring achieved a 100% success rate. These results indicate that the system can monitor water distribution conditions in real-time and control pump operations both automatically and manually, thus improving the effectiveness of IoT-based water distribution management.
