Abstract

Digital transformation encourages village governments to improve public services through information technology. However, the submission of public criticism, suggestions, and aspirations in Puyoh Village is still conducted conventionally and has not been optimally managed. This community service activity aimed to implement an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based Suggestion Box on the Puyoh Village Website as an easy, structured, and effective platform for submitting public aspirations. The methods included needs observation, system development, implementation, socialization, and user assistance. The AI feature helps improve the wording of submitted aspirations to make them clearer, more polite, and easier to understand. Evaluation results showed an increase in user understanding from 60% to 88% and the ability to submit aspirations from 58% to 85%, with a user satisfaction rate of 90%. The administrative dashboard also helps village officials manage and monitor submitted aspirations. The implementation demonstrates that an AI-based Suggestion Box can improve communication between the community and village government while supporting transparent and participatory public services.
