Abstract

Employee performance is an important factor in achieving organizational objectives, particularly in construction and vehicle body manufacturing where work processes depend on coordination among units.  This study aims to analyze the effects of human relations and teamwork on employee performance at PT Kreasi Prima Perkasa Ngoro Mojokerto. The study employed a quantitative causal-associative approach. The population consisted of 60 employees, and all members of the population were selected using saturated sampling. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination with IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results show that human relations has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.410, t-value of 3.225, and significance of 0.002. Teamwork also has a positive and significant effect, with a regression coefficient of 0.468, t-value of 3.232, and significance of 0.002. Simultaneously, human relations and teamwork significantly affect employee performance, with an F-value of 41.988 and significance of 0.000. The coefficient of determination is 0.596, indicating that 59.6% of employee performance variation is explained by the two independent variables, while 40.4% is explained by other factors outside the model. The findings emphasize the importance of strengthening interpersonal relationships, communication, coordination, and collaborative work in improving employee performance.
