Abstract

The research title is the Financial Performance (Tax Ratio, Tax Base, and Non-Tax Revenue) Indonesia 2013-2018. The research objective was to find out about: 1) the performance of government revenue based on the tax ratio, and 2) the potential tax base and non-tax revenue. The research design was descriptive qualitative, which provided time-series data from 2013 to 2018. The results showed that: 1) the tax ratio continued to decline during the period of analysis (2013-2017), but it improved (recovery) in 2018, 2) the rise of tax ratio was prolonged if it was analyzed using the tax base, its development in 2018 decreased than the previous year (2013), and 3) the performance of non-tax revenues significantly increased, where a sharp rise occurred in 2018. The decrease of tax ratio required steps to improve its tax base by improving some sectors, including the small/medium industry and the manufacturing industry, improving tax administration, and reducing delinquencies. Meanwhile, non-tax revenues' performance needs to be maintained to support the total government revenue, mainly revenue from natural resources through improvement, technology, financing, and others.

Abstract

This form of investigation employs a quantitative methodology. The method of gathering data takes the form of a survey. The participants in the study were educators, with a total of 20 teachers. The findings of the analysis indicated that the workplace culture has a noteworthy impact on teacher performance, accounting for 35.3%. Conversely, work experience was found to have no significant effect on teacher performance, contributing only 72%. It is important to note that to acquire good work experience, a teacher must possess the necessary skills and knowledge. The research also revealed that there is a significant correlation between work culture and work experience on teacher performance, contributing 35.8%. To enhance teacher performance, it is recommended that teachers cultivate a sense of enthusiasm and dedication when implementing the established school culture and acquire knowledge that aligns with their educational background

Abstract

Everyone must have a need to survive. However, an option if irrational needs make us interested in consuming something excessively, and make us fall into the category of consumptive people. Generation Z is said to be the generation of the internet which is always updated and keeps abreast of developments regarding fashion trends circulating in the internet world which has indirectly carried out consumptive behavior. This study aims to determine the extent to which financial literacy, locus of control and e-money influence the consumptive behavior of Generation Z in Mojokerto Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative with descriptive statistical analysis based on primary data obtained from questionnaires, and secondary data obtained from books, official websites, journals etc. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires (online) to respondents. The population in this study is generation Z, aged 20-24 years, the number of samples determined is 100 people using purposive sampling technique. The results of the study show that simultaneously financial literacy, locus of control and e-money have a significant effect on consumptive behavior in Generation Z in Mojokerto Regency. Partially, financial literacy has no significant effect on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z in Mojokerto Regency. Partially, locus of control has a significant influence on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z in Mojokerto Regency. Partially, E-money has no significant effect on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z in Mojokerto Regency.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are productive businesses that are generally managed individually or by business entities and MSMEs themselves, including business fields that have a positive contribution in advancing the national economy. However, it is not uncommon to find problems in running MSMEs, such as in terms of working capital which will later be used to finance business operations and financial management which is still not properly recorded so that it can hinder the progress of these business activities. This study aims to determine the significant effect of working capital and financial management on the income of UMKM Sanrico Store. The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, documentation. The method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, and Hypothesis Test using the SPSS program. Based on data management where the results of the T test in this study indicate that working capital has a positive and significant effect on income, and financial management also has a positive and significant effect on income. The simultaneous results with the F test in this study indicate that working capital and financial management simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on income. The value of R Square (R2) is 0.958 which indicates that 95.8% of working capital and financial management have an effect on income.

Abstract

The cost of production is one of the important elements in determining the selling price of a product and the profits earned by a company. The calculation of the correct cost of production is very important for company management to assist decision making in setting selling prices and profits. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to determine the calculation of the cost of production of ordered goods using the method applied by UMKM Putra Berdikari, knowing the calculation of the cost of production using the job order costing method at UMKM Putra Berdikari for making profit management decisions, knowing the difference between the calculation of the cost of production production carried out by UMKM Putra Berdikari using the job order costing method. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation, literature study and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there is a difference between the calculation of the cost of production carried out by UMKM Putra Berdikari and the calculation of the cost of production based on the job order costing method. The results of calculating the cost of production carried out by MSMEs are lower than the results of calculating the cost of production based on the job order costing method. This is because the calculation of the cost of production of Putra Berdikari UMKM is still relatively simple, UMKM still has not classified production costs correctly so that the profits obtained are not optimal.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions through purchase intention as an intervening variable in UMKM Batik Cempaka. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis based on primary data obtained from questionnaires and secondary data obtained from related parties, interviews, books and journals, etc. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study were consumers of UMKM Batik Cempaka, with 110 samples used in this study. The sampling technique used was by using a sampling technique.purposive sampling. The results showed that product quality had a significant positive effect on the buying interest of UMKM Batik Cempaka consumers. Then, the quality of service has a significant positive effect on the buying interest of UMKM Batik Cempaka consumers. Purchase intention has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. And there is a significant positive effect between product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions through the buying interest of UMKM Batik Cempaka consumers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelyanan, lifestyle, store atmosphere terhadap pembelian konsumen di Cafe Alas Pacet Mojokerto. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran google form kepada konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang melakukan pembelian di Cafe Alas Pacet Mojokerto. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 385 responden dengan Teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan bantuan program SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian konsumen, lifestyle memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian konsumen, Store atmosphere memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian konsumen. Dan variabel pembelian mampu menjadi perantara pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, lifestyle, dan store atmosphere pada Cafe Alas Pacet Mojokerto.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh brand ambassador, brand awareness, dan tagline terhadap pembelian Scarlett Whitening di Kota Mojokerto. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara membagikan google form kepada konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen pengguna Scarlett Whitening, baik dari kalangan anak pelajar, mahasiswa maupun orang tua yang tinggal di kota Mojokerto. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 385 responden dengan purposive teknik pengambilan sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel brand ambassador berpengaruh negatif terhadap pembelian, brand awareness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian, tagline berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap konsumen. Dan variabel pembelian mampu memediasi brand ambassador, brand awareness, dan tagline terhadap pembelian Scarlett Whitening di Kota Mojokerto.

Abstract

One of the human needs is the need for refreshment or refreshing. In fulfilling the need for refreshment, it is very necessary which is part of a healthy body to keep oneself in a physically and mentally healthy condition. The cafe that is in great demand today is a cafe with a millennial and contemporary concept with a comfortable atmosphere at a price that is not expensive enough and can be reached by various groups so that it can be used as a means of refreshing and chatting and discussing among young people to stay productive. The atmosphere of the cafe and digital marketing is felt to be able to influence Visiting Interest. This study aims to determine. The Influence of Digital Marketing Instagram, and Cafe Atmosphere on Visiting Interests at Cafe Gartenhutte Trawas-Mojokerto. through the distribution of online questionnaires to consumers. The population in this study are consumers who have an Instagram account and have visited the Gartenhutte Trawas-Mojokerto cafe with a total sample of 386 respondents. The results of the respondent's questionnaire were analyzed using the SPSS 25 application. The results showed that Instagram digital marketing and cafe atmosphere had a positive and significant influence on visiting interest. The results of the simultaneous test state that the independent and dependent variables have an effect on each other.

Abstract

Abstrak Kepuasan kerja merupakan subjek yang sering diangkat dan dipelajari dalam lingkungan akademis. Kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi seberapa baik suatu proses bekerja dalam suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan gaji terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan motivasi kerja sebagai moderasi. Analisis saat ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metodologi pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 150 tanggapan responden. Dalam penelitian ini, partisipan yang paling umum adalah pekerja di kantor yang tersebar di Indonesia, dan metode analisisnya menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan gaji berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Namun motivasi kerja sebagai moderasi tidak mampu memoderasi kepemimpinan dan gaji bterhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Kepemimpinan, Gaji, Motivasi Kerja
