Abstract

Startups in the bottled water (bottled water) industry face the challenges of rapid growth in competitive markets as well as the complexity of manufacturing and distribution operations. This study aims to design a Strategyc evaluation instrument for startup AMDK through the development of structured target indicators. The research approach uses the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) to formulate metrics from the perspective of finance, customers, internal business processes, and learning and growth. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is applied for weighting criteria based on management assessment and industry experts. The indicators are then mapped into the core business process flow and integrated into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) functional architecture. The results of the study formulated 34 measuring parameters with the highest priority weighting on customer perspective (43%), followed by Finance (31%), internal business processes (15%), and learning and growth (11%). The implementation of this modeling provides a managerial impact in the form of real-time cross-divisional monitoring, facilitating company leaders in agile and precise decision making.
