Education plays a crucial role in improving the quality of a nation's human resources. Education is the foundation for a nation's continued progress and development in line with the demands of the times. One indicator of a nation's progress can be seen from the general education level of its population. Indonesia, as a developing nation, must place greater emphasis on education. Education can transform aspects of students' personalities during the learning process through a series of activities, such as reading, observing, listening, sharing experiences, and so on. Based on the above theory, it can be seen that motivation can improve learning outcomes. Learning motivation plays a crucial role in developing self-potential. Students should develop good study habits to achieve maximum learning outcomes. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach. A descriptive method is defined as research that describes data factually and objectively. Quantitative research processes data and obtains figures to illustrate the influence of learning facilities and the family environment on learning motivation, as well as other factors that influence students' motivation to learn Economics. The results of the study indicate a significant influence of learning motivation on the learning outcomes of eleventh-grade students at SMA Negeri 7 Kupang. Learning motivation plays a crucial role in determining student learning outcomes. High motivation encourages someone to study seriously to achieve what is expected to be a smart person and have high knowledge, and is indicated by high learning outcomes.
