Abstract

General Background: Occupational safety and health as well as workplace facilities are critical elements for establishing a secure and productive operational environment in the healthcare sector. Specific Background: Bintang Amin Hospital in Bandar Lampung operates as a major referral medical facility addressing high-risk hospital tasks. Knowledge Gap: The simultaneous statistical contribution of occupational safety metrics and working facilities to employee output within regional healthcare institutions requires empirical examination. Aims: This study aimed to analyze the effects of occupational safety and health and workplace facilities on employee productivity at Bintang Amin Hospital, Bandar Lampung. Results: Employing a quantitative approach with descriptive and verificative methods through multiple linear regression on 190 respondents, the findings indicated that safety practices, workplace facilities, and productivity averaged high scores of 4.42, 4.43, and 4.30 respectively, with safety standards (t=3.893; p=0.000) and facilities (t=5.253; p=0.000) exerting positive and significant partial effects, while simultaneously accounting for an R2 of 0.380 (F=56.732; p=0.000). Novelty: This research integrates safety protocols and facility infrastructure into an empirical framework for evaluating hospital workforce output dynamics. Implications: Healthcare management must continually sustain and refine occupational safety protocols and facility infrastructure to support enduring employee output and service quality. Highlights Safety practices and workplace facilities at Bintang Amin Hospital predominantly achieve very high average evaluation scores of 4.42 and 4.43. Multiple linear regression establishes that safety protocols and physical amenities simultaneously contribute a 38% variance explanation to employee productivity. Empirical validation confirms that workplace facility provisions demonstrate a robust positive partial t-statistic value of 5.253 regarding staff output. Abstract

General Background Accurate clinical documentation is crucial for healthcare service quality and patient safety. Specific Background High administrative volumes often cause inconsistencies in data entry among hospital personnel. Knowledge Gap Previous studies tend to evaluate administrative burdens and procedural adherence separately rather than assessing their simultaneous interaction on documentation precision. Aims This quantitative research analyzes how administrative workloads and procedural adherence dictate data entry precision at Bintang Amin Hospital. Results An analytical survey utilizing multiple linear regression on 78 purposively sampled respondents revealed that excessive administrative workloads significantly reduce documentation precision. Conversely, strict procedural adherence significantly increases data precision. Simultaneously, these two factors account for 77.5 percent of the variance in overall documentation precision. Novelty The primary innovation lies in evaluating the simultaneous interaction of administrative pressure and standard operating procedure adherence on clinical documentation precision using Method of Successive Interval data transformation. Implications Healthcare facilities must optimize task distribution and reinforce a strict procedural adherence culture to guarantee clinical data precision and ensure patient safety. Abstract

General Background: Digital transformation drives hospitals to utilize modern technology for service efficiency and quality. Specific Background: Bintang Amin Hospital integrates digital health services like Mobile JKN with its internal hospital information framework. Knowledge Gap: The combined contributions of mobile application utilization and workforce preparedness to the long-term viability of hospital information systems require empirical evaluation. Aims: This study aimed to analyze the effects of Mobile JKN usage and human resource readiness on the sustainability of hospital management information systems at Bintang Amin Hospital, Bandar Lampung. Results: Using a quantitative descriptive-verificative approach with a sample of 78 medical and administrative personnel analyzed through multiple linear regression, findings showed that both mobile application usage and workforce readiness exerted positive and significant partial and simultaneous effects on system sustainability, with personnel readiness demonstrating a stronger regression coefficient of 0.942 compared to 0.501 for application usage. Novelty: This research integrates digital application metrics and workforce readiness into a unified empirical model to evaluate healthcare information management continuity. Implications: Hospitals must combine digital technology integration with continuous staff training and technical support to optimize sustainable digital health services. Highlights Workforce readiness demonstrates a stronger regression coefficient of 0.942 compared to 0.501 for mobile application usage regarding hospital system continuity. Multiple linear regression proves that application utilization and personnel preparedness simultaneously account for a 58.4% variance explanation of system sustainability. Empirical verification confirms that both digital tool adoption and staff competencies are vital for maintaining efficient electronic hospital administrative services.
