Abstract

Analisis fatigue mendeteksi empat member gagal mencapai target umur rencana. Kesimpulannya, metode LRFD menghasilkan respons dinamis 2% lebih konservatif dibanding WSD, tetapi seluruh elemen tetap aman secara statik. LRFD lebih direkomendasikan karena memberikan margin keamanan optimal tanpa over-design, dengan syarat empat elemen kritis diperkuat agar memenuhi target umur lelah (fatigue)   Kata kunci: Boat Landing Offshore Platform, In-place, Respons Dinamis, Fatigue, WSD, LRFD.   Abstract   A boat landing is an auxiliary structure on an offshore platform that facilitates vessel berthing and must withstand dynamic environmental loads and potential ship impacts. This study evaluates and compares the structural performance of boat landing structures designed using the Working Stress Design (WSD) and Load and Resistance Factor Design (LRFD) methods through in-place, dynamic, and fatigue analyses conducted in SACS. Dynamic responses were assessed using time history analysis based on displacement, velocity, and acceleration. The results indicate that all structural members satisfy the unity check requirements under both design approaches. Under environmental loading, LRFD produces dynamic responses up to 2% higher than WSD. In ship impact scenarios, LRFD yields slightly greater displacement and acceleration responses, while velocity is marginally lower. Fatigue analysis reveals that four structural members fail to meet the target design life. Overall, LRFD provides a more conservative dynamic response and is recommended, provided that strengthening is applied to the identified critical members.   Keywords: Boat Landing Offshore Platform, In-place Analysis, Dynamic Response, Fatigue, WSD, LRFD
